Just got back from our first Virgin Voyage and loved it. We are Diamond on Royal Caribbean but after our trip on Anthem last year we won’t be rushing back. The food is so much better on Virgin, plus no ‘nickel and diming’, gratuities included, soft drinks included, speciality dining included and no issues finding somewhere to sit in an evening. Royal is stuck in the past and the food, apart from speciality dining, is poor. We like Celebrity but haven’t done the newer class ships yet…they are on my bucket list! Don’t know why people reject Virgin as being a wild party ship without really looking at what you get.

@@CruiseMonkeys We booked it last minute and booked through an agent. Paid £550 pp for a week lock it in rate (guarantee) balcony. We had to pay for the flights to Barcelona but we thought it was a great deal given all that is included. We were allocated a great cabin, non-obstructed and in a quiet location on deck 9.
I prefer independence to anthem ❤
