Join us as we embark on an unforgettable journey through the breath-taking Canary Islands aboard P&O Azura. In this episode, we delve into the heart of our cruise itinerary, providing you with an in-depth overview of our ports of call.
Our ports of call include:
Tenerife - we explore explore Santa Cruz and head up to Teide National Park
Funchal, Madera - during the first visit we take the yellow Hop on Hop off bus around Funchal, on our second visit we head up in the cable car and go on the toboggan.
La Palma - Heading in to town for a wonder, we come across a small museum and then enjoy some light lunch in a café.
Fuerteventura - from Puerto del Rosario we take the bus to Corralejo.
Gran Canaria - He we visit the Poema del Mar Aquarium
Lanzarote - In our final port, we take the P&O excursion to Timanfaya National Park & The Fire Mountains

Our pleasure! Yes it is better but we did like that one too. Here there was much more to see, very nice place to visit.
Great video , we ve a canaries cruise booked for Xmas next year , the aquarium looked great in gran canaries will put that on our list 😊
As for the carnivals , you should book to go for a weekend when they are on , one of the best experiences I ve ever had ! I ve been to the lanzarote one twice , its usually in February, 6 weeks before Easter , its a full weekend party ! You guys would love it !!
Awww thank you! Oh fab, yes, definitely worth going there and grab a snack in the cafe with the big tank (its the second restaurant you will get to as you walk through the venue).
We never realised it was such a big thing - it was bonkers and we loved it!
Great info,sad though didn't see more of your adventures like you usually show, they are so funny. Its good when you give info to the camera, but I missed the banter between you . Glad you had a good time.

Our first ever crusie was a canaries cruise on Iona and we loved it. We have another canaries cruise booked on Queen Anne over Christmas and New Year and cannot wait!

Hey Guys great video. P&O are missing out on a trick. If they replaced Madeira with Casablanca on one of the weeks it would be a totally different experience, with the same number of sea days.
Yeah now they would have mixed thinks up, it would also encourage more to do the 14 nighter then!

Thank you - yea have to make the most of it, no point dwelling on the bad news about Sun! Some US and travellers from Europe do, Innocents Abroad will be joining us on our next cruise and we’ve some joining us on our Group Cruise later in the year. You’ll need to find an agent that can book you, you then fly in to London and from there it’s easy to get to Southampton by coach or train (1 hour give or take), stay for the night before if the safest options as plenty of hotels in Southampton. Also Southampton is very easy to navigate and has Uber.
Should have been on azura on the 1st of April due to surcomstances circumstances out of my control not going to be on the ship.

Really like Azura but she needs a refit 😊
Think she is due one soon - she’s not too bad, a bit of TLC here and there, though we did find her to be very clean, our cabin was spotless.
We did a similar itinerary on Sky Princess from Southampton. The Bay of Biscay was very rough! What time of year did you go? When we went in mid to late October the weather was cool and a bit rainy.
This cruise was in mid February. We've don't the Bay of Biscay may times through different times of the year, it can be flat calm on day going down then chucking you all about when you return a few days later, seems un predictable, but it always nice to be reminded you are at sea (maybe just not after a heavy night!)
Are you still going to do live blogs on the ship each day like you normally also do , as I love them
We will be! Maybe not 14 of them though, we’ll see how it runs😂 we wanted to give some information based videos first, we felt Azura deserved it as her cruises are so popular and competitively priced. Vlogs will follow straight after don’t worry ❤️

Yes, it would be, either 7 nights or 14. Each week only has 2 sea days and some lovely ports for winter sun. The Norwegian fjords are also fab for first timers - we love it so much we keep going back!
This video was so fast paced i feel exhausted, maybe an excuse for another gin. I hate to think how long it took to edit or how many clips there were.
It’s to the point and just an overview of the whole cruise. More in depth videos will follow, as soon as we’ve finished talking ship about our onboard experiences 😉😂❤️
