I recently saw a sit down between Norman and Jon, and even they miss the early days, you can really see Jon regrets that Shane died by the way he talks about The Walking Dead, it's true that the early days were really good, even though i always say that S1-S6 are a must watch for everyone, the first few seasons were just special man.
@@TWDFAMILY The only realistic way is that he leaves the group, i don't see him resettling in the group in that mental state, he can leave and return later hopefully with a better mental health then get a redemption arc in my opinon.
Great video man, I’m also a 24 almost 25 year old long time TWD fan, excited for the rest of this look back series. Cheers to the growth of your channel 👌🏻
Season 1 was so well set up - this diverse bunch of people forming a group in order to survive. I discovered TWD right at the start of Season 3 when they were about to take the prison - I was hooked from then on. I then saw Season 2 repeats and I liked them being at the farm - and that well walker! 😂 I then got Season 1 on DVD which I absolutely loved. Been with the TWDU ever since - best show ever! 😀🧟♂️❤️
I thought Season 2 was so boring. I've only seen it once, though. Fair to point out, though, that I only kinda liked TWD, never outright loved it. But watching Season 2, I just felt awkward about how Rick's group kept staying on Hershel's farm after Hershel had repeatedly asked them to leave lol. I was just thinking, "Hey, it's his home; if he's asking you to leave, you leave." This caused me to root against the group, honestly.
@@TWDFAMILY My other issue with Season 2 was the zombie in the well. They were trying to remove the zombie from the well so they could drink the water. Bro, you've had a dead corpse rotting in the well for a good bit - I’m pretty sure even if you get the zombie out of there, the water is still already contaminated lol. What is removing the corpse at this point really going to do?
the problem is the walking DEAD steered away from the dead. instead of making it about the group losing people and struggling with resources and traveling to find more people or a cure or anything like that, they started to make it about fighting other people. if i wanted to watch a war show id watch a war show, i just want to see zombies
and even then the governor storyline was amazing, they were battling a sickness and the walkers on the gate almost knocking it over, the dead were still a problem, but there were other characters trying to take what they had, the saviors in my opinion were just there, there was no motive behind them instead of taking food

Absolutely the golden era of twd 1-6. It was perfect.
Yes. I might make a what if Shane never died video.

@@StraightEdgeJunkie That well walker was one of the grossest, most disgusting walkers of the whole show imo! 😂 🧟♂️

Yeah I mean to be fair it was based off the graphic novel.
But I think in the end it was done very well.
I think if they bring everyone back and do a new original series, new original story, that would be awesome.
