The thing I love about Doug and Evie is he didn't care that she was the daughter of a villain, even in that small part when he couldn't talk to her, he was upset, you could tell. Their entire relationship in Descendants 2 was so adorable, and their scenes in Descendants e made me happy as well, especially their true loves kiss, it proves their love for one another, even if Doug pretended to still be asleep, which was a little mean, overall this couple is adorable

I think he aged a lot between 1 and 3, not just his hideous long hair, there's something about his face that went from 17 to 42. Evie stayed young and beautiful tho.

I love this so much, but you forgot/should've added the last part where Harry asks "So she's definitely taken?" And Evie replies "definitely" and goes on to look at Evie before Doug butts in with "So is Evie" and they both smile at each other. Over all though, they're and always were my favorite pairing since D1.

When I think about it more deeply, I think that behaving like a prince or being treated like a princess has been viewed the wrong way because of extremists. Behaving like a prince or a gentleman some people see it as fighting the battles of the girl they like, when in fact, it can rather be seen as supporting her when the situation is more than she could handle. And with that archetype of ''being treated like a princess '', rather than being defended by a boy or that he fights for you as many think, it should be considered as trusting someone enough to help you when the situation is more than you can endure being alone.
i really wish we got more scenes with the two
