As a recent revert, I've faced a LOT of judgment for my visible tattoos despite the positive intention of that body modification. May Allah SWT remind His ummah to be kind and not to judge, lest our judgment of others in place of Allahs judgment clouds our mind to His message.
Humans are imperfect. Too hurtful, too arrogant, too ignorant.
Just trust that Allah loves you. If you go walking to Allah, He will come running to you.
It’s actually recommended that if you have the tattoos, just leave them. Tattoo removal is a lengthy, painful process and Allah dislikes us going through physical pain willingly,
Muslims are imperfect but Allah is perfect. Don’t worry too much about what vulnerable humans think.

Wallah don’t do it. I hate my tattoos so much. I got them before I reverted but I don’t have the funds to remove them and they are extremely dark. Please make dua that I can get them removed. I know Allah has forgiven me. I just wish I could remove them for my own peace of mind. Asalaamu Alaikum.
The fact that it’s dark suggests that it would be painful to remove so please don’t try to remove them! There is foundation made to hide tattoos when you don’t wanna look at them but that’s all. It’s okay to have them, you didn’t know and that is totally fine. The most important think is “ni’a” (intention). Intention is just as affective as doing it, so this is as if you already removed the tattoos. So you’re okay please love your body.
As Salam walekum. You don't have to remove them if they are too dark. There are some type of foundations and there is a specific type of thing made to hide them. You have done as much as you could have done. Turing into a Muslim.
You don't need to remove it. You already have regret for it. Don't stress about it too much. Focus on other things in your life and don't dwell on it. You'll probably get a few judgemental people, but they don't know your story.
Dude, relax. If you feel it's a sin (and some scholars don't think so), ask forgiveness, repent, and go on with your life. You could harm yourself by removing it.
Focus on improving your internal part. Muslims are too obsessed nowadays with the externals.

Hi everyone! I'm not a muslim, but i used to be a tattoo maker. So i would like to inform people that are muslim, that there is no such thing as a temporary tattoo, except for those made of hanna. I personally know some tattoo makers that lie to people and trick them into making tattoos, by telling them that those are temporary and they will go off in a year or so. Just be aware and don't let anyone fool you. Peace to everyone!

I once thought of getting some tattoos for covering some scars on some part of my body. As I got closer to Islam, I decided to de-consider it, Alhamdullilah.

I've got a plethora of tattoos and am a revert, taking my Shahada 2020. I often feel like I'm looked at different because I'm a revert, I have tattoos and also because I don't come directly from an African country. Which has been hard for me to make connections at a masjid I attend. May Allah SWT make it easier for me.

its always a positive atmosphere when people gather with the same opinion. has really not much to do with the content they are agreeing in. it would be interesting to see how those people would react if they meet people with conflicting opinions. without judging the content of believes or the question if religion in general is good or bad or has its truths or not, to me it seems kind of akward and a little bit weird and odd to have a lot of different individuals agreeing in such an narrow worldview and point of explaining everything. I mean, even on tattoos - which is really a banal manner - theres something religion has to say about and to judge on. Honestly who cares if you have tattoos or not. is the person really be worth more or less because of it or is it a good or bad person because of it. what if the person gots a religious symbol as a tattoo because of as possible reasons that he/she can not have sacred items and have to integrate them to their body...because its important for them? are there exceptions which makes tattoos accetable then or is it just a general rule which generalizes difficult circumstances for an easy quick and answer about something is good or bad. It's feels very cross-boarder - for me at leats - to give oneselves body up and the multiply reasons why people get tattoos or piercings, or in whatever way they want to express ideas, believes, experiences with their body, for the sake of the reasoning by religion.......but...it's also just an opinion. both. no more bad or worse than another opinions, i guess

Actually he passed away on september 9 2020 in the hospital in nyc, me and my mom Were present there it was really sad he was only 67 yrs looking like healthy handsome person but Allah took him away from us, he was a good man and helped lots of people during his lifetime he was very humble,trustworthy, hardworking, handsome strong and very successfull man. May allah grant him jannatul firdaus ameen❤️

My mistake I made is late 1998 and early 1999 I did get 4 tattoos and now I took my Shadaha 28 May 2016 so in the past I made a mistake and that is not who I am today.
The tattoos are proof of where you've been and where you are now so thank Allah. Don't stress. It's a reminder of the current favour of Allah upon you. 😍😍😍🤗

I have permanent tattoo on my left shoulder. I had this when i was not yet a Muslim. I regret and I promise that I will never do it.though it's tempting. Now when i take shower. Sometimes i jump out of scare because i thought my tattoo was a spider on my shoulder. 😂😂😂

Alhamdulillah, good video brother. I covered my body with tattoos before reverting to Islam. Subhanallah not another tattoo has been added since. This is a great topic for those seeking the truth of Islam but may have misgivings because of tattoos. Just another example of ALLAH's (SWT) compassion and mercy for those who choose to turn to HIM.

I would like to share some tips :
1. Try to stop regretting about your past. Its over. Learn from it and move on. If you were making any mistakes, correct yourself and stop making the same mistakes again. "Learn from the past, Plan for the future, and most importanly, Focus and Be in the present.
2. Try to always be in a state of wudu. If doing wudu washig every part thrice everytimr is hard, atleast wash each part once.
3. Do Ruqya everyday preferably at the same time to make it a habit. The best Ruqya is that which you do yourself if ypu are able to do it. Recite verses from the Qur'an, blow on your hands and rub on your body, blow on water and drink the water.
4. Make use of Zamzam water, Black seed, Honey. Consume these things with the intention of curing your troubles.
5. Never miss a Salah. Pray at the right times. Pray as much sunnah as you can.
6. Make Dhikr. When negatuve thoughts ckme to your mind, dont dwell on those thoughts, and start making Dhikr. Understand that two thoughts cannot be there at the same time. Try to replace negative thoughts with Dhikr.
7. Make lots and lots of Dua to Allah directly. Learn duas from the Qur'an the Prophets made in similar situations and make those dua.
8. Depend on Allah alone. Never go to any magician or some "Sheikhs" (some not all) who may give you talismans, do black magic etc. Those are sins. Even if you feel you are getting better, that will be temporary. True and lasting success and cure comes from Allah alone.
Program to recover from magic and envy and diseases of mind.
1_لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له ، له الملك وله الحمد وهو على كل شيء قدير ( 100) مره.
La ilaha illallahu, wahdahu la sharika lahu, lahulmulku wa lahulhamdu, wa Huwa 'ala kulli sha'in Qadir

O my Lord, forgive me, and accept my repentance. Verily, You are the Oft-Returning, the Most Forgiving (Rabbighfirli Watub Alayya Innaka Antat-Tawwabul-Ghaffur).’”
11_اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عُفُوٌّ كَرِيمٌ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنِّي
allahum 'iinak eafwun tuhibu aleafw faef eaniy
O Allah, verily, You are forgiving and generous. You love to forgive, so forgive me.
12_ربي اني مسني الضر وانت ارحم الراحمين
rb 'iiniy masani alduru wa'ant 'arham alraahimin
Indeed, adversity has touched me, and you are the Most Merciful of the merciful."
13_سبحان الله وبحمده عدد خلقه ورضا نفسه وزنة عرشه ومداد كلماته
subhan allah wabihamdih eadad khalaqah waradaa nafsih wizinat earshuh wamadad kalimatih
glory be to Allah", and I begin with praise of Him to the number of His creatures, in accordance with His good pleasure, to the weight of His throne and to the ink (extent) of His words.
14_الله الله ربي لا أشرك به شيئا
allah allah rabiy la 'ushrik bih shayyana
Allah , Allah is my Lord, I do not associate anything as partner with Him."
15_لا إله إلا الله العظيم الحليم ، لا إله إلا الله رب العرش العظيم ، لا إله إلا الله رب السموات ورب الأرض ورب العرش الكريم "

he Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Seek refuge in Allah against the turmoils, attacks of misfortunes, and evil of judgement and joys of the enemies."
19_اللهم إني أسألك المعافاة في الدنيا والآخره
Allahumma inni as'aluka al-mu'afah fid-dunya wal-akhirah
O Allah, I ask You for Al-Mu'afah in this world and in the Hereafter).'"
20_اللهم إني أعوذ بك من زوال نعمتك وتحول عافيتك وفجاءة نقمتك وجميع سخطك
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matika, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatika, wa fuja'ati niqmatika, wa jami'i sakhatika
O Allah! I seek refuge in You against the declining of Your Favours, passing of safety, the suddenness of Your punishment and all that which displeases You)."
21_اللهم إني أعوذ بك من العجز والكسل والجبن والهرم والبخل وأعوذ بك من عذاب القبر ومن فتنة المحيا والممات
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal ajziwal- kasali, wal-jubni wal-harami, wal-bukhli, wa a'udhu bika min 'adhabil- qabri, wa a'udhu bika min fitnatil-mahya wal-mamat
O Allah! I seek refuge in You from helplessness (to do good), indolence, cowardice, senility, and miserliness; and I seek Your Protection against the torment of the grave and the trials of life and death]."
22_اللهم رحمتك أرجو فلا تكلني إلى نفسي طرفة عين واصلح لي شأني كله لا إله إلا أنت
allahum rahmatik 'arju fala tukalani 'iilaa nafsi tarfat ein
O Allah! Thy mercy is what I hope for. Do not abandon me to myself for an instant, but put all my affairs in good order for me. There is no god but Thou."
23_كان رسول الله -ﷺ_يكثر من قول " سبحان الله وبحمده ، استغفر الله وأتوب إليه
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) recited often these words: Hallowed be Allah and with His praise, I seek the forgiveness of Allah and return to Him.

O Living, O Self-Sustaining Sustainer! In Your Mercy do I seek relief
Remove this disease and cure (him or her)! You are the Great Curer. There is no cure but through You, which leaves behind no disease.

1) It is a means for the love of the angels, their support and their greetings
2) It is a means for his intercession صلى الله عليه وسلم
3) It leads to freedom from the hellfire and being safe from hypocrisy
4) It is a purification for his wrong actions
5) It leads to being near the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم on the Day of Resurrection
6) The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم returns the salaam of the one giving salaam
7) It erases wrong doings like water erases fire
8) One ṣalawāt wipes out sins for 80 years, the guardian angels do not record sins for 3 days
9) It is a means for salvation from the terrors on the Day of Resurrection
10) It brings the pleasure of Allah
11) The reciter will be under the shade of the Throne of Allah
12) The reciter won’t feel thirst on the Day of Resurrection
13) He will see his place in Paradise before he dies
14) It acts as charity
15) The one who recites 100 ṣalawāt daily will have 100 of his needs fulfilled; 70 in
the Afterlife and 30 in this world
16) It increases the reciter in love for the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم
