50 Tuatua purged of sand. (Left for 24 hours in clean seawater)
Pasta (Fettuccine or Spaghetti)
150ml Cream
250ml White wine
250ml Fish Stock
2 Cloves Garlic
2 Shallots
1 Cayenne Chili
Juice of 1 Lemon
2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
Parsley
Salt and Pepper
