Am I the only one who saw that going to the left of the Thwomp despawned the Peepas every time? The reason he kept getting the exact same cycle was because he kept despawning them. The fastest route would be mostly this except stay to the RIGHT of the Thwomp during the "waiting". That would have let him cycle skip the Peepas without de-boosting and saved half a second from his final time.
Yeah, had the same thought immediately. The rightmost Peepa being off-cycle during that one attempt where he stayed right of the Thwomp being evidence of their spawn behavior.

As long as there is no dev cheats and the level is fun AND challenging, it doesn't matter if it's 'creative' in your words. It WAS a good level. It was a hard level. It was beat by the creator. It's one thing not to LIKE it, but it's another thing to boo it entirely.
MM3 needs more challenge completions... like, "Can only win after activating 999 donut blocks" or, "Can only win after sacrificing 999 yoshies" or, "Can only win after Carmageddoning 999 Beach Mice."
Make these "bonus criteria" instead of mandatory win conditions and we're talking. The bonus criteria should be counted and displayed next to your name, and also give your 2-up in addition to the 3 possible 1-ups in endless

Ah that donut column. Any donut column that is less than 10 seconds do have a reason to exist (to stall for time for a tighter speedrun), tho I understand why people would rather this be replaced with more gameplay. If a donut column is more than 10 seconds... just reduce the timer by 10 seconds :-/
@@670839245 yeah the only positive I can think to have donut blocks like that is you give the player the opportunity to practice hard parts of the level, but these donut block sections always seem to happen on just your "basic bitch" speedruns. And practice doors could also let you do that anyway.
It is 1988. I am watching myself as a toddler. The sequel to Super Mario Bros has just released. Both the American release and the Lost Levels remain completely uncleared as I am a tiny child.
I really enjoy the 69420 runs; its a great way to find good levels and makers. But, Panga in full routing mode brings back memories of the ninji courses; what a beast.
Love the determination.. you have to get the WR to this and won’t give up before you do. I’m trying to teach my kids to don’t give up and try different strats to achieve what they want. Good to see.
I see some people defending the title screen level and all I have to say is would you like a creator who only copied other levels and just added a timer? Like there's hundreds to thousands of good levels, and I could add a tight timer to all of them with a clear condition forcing players to route it. Would I be a good creator who deserves a ton of likes for just taking other levels and doing those few changes?

Plagiarism doesn't deserve a like, and whatever the exact amount of creativity is that deserves a like, he's so far below that we don't need to argue about the measure. Title screen level remixes aren’t plagiarism, the title screen levels exist specifically for the purpose of being edited and uploaded. Someone taking that invitation and grinding out the clear check using creative and skillful platforming and leaving it as a challenge for other players to attempt if they want is definitely not worth a “boo”.

Could you not wall jump on the edge at the bottom of the wall, of the first 10 coin just as you grab it before falling down. So the peepers don’t spawn till later.
Does Panga not know you can run across tile-wide gaps? You don't have to time a jump if you just go full speed and it doesn't risk you falling down the hole.
@@noatblok most times he will edit it out, since this vod had 28 minutes plus of content and he tries to edit a video to as close to 20 minutes as possible he will either edit down homie comments or will speed up runs that are silent quite a bit. The entire episode was just over an hour and a half that he edited down to 28:27 today heavily edited. My stats show now the Twitch vod timer he has on his stream and shows the time versus what the actual YT time was to show how much editing took place
