Hair loss concealers are a very inexpensive and efficient way to make thinning hair look amazing. Many guys and girls never go completely bald in an area. They just have hair thinning, which is easily covered and thickened with concealers. It's make-up for hair. When used badly it loosk awful, but with a little practice it's impossible to tell that a person is using them, even for the trained eye.

Hi can i apply on the scalp also?Because for me the hair gone completely on the crown area. Front side became too thin. So this application should not be used on scalp and the hair should be as dense as your friends?
Best hair loss concealer out there bar none and I have used ALL of them! As alluded to, it will take you a few weeks to really get the hang of the application but once there you are set. And yes, adding some hair fibers in between washes keeps thing full and natural looking. Virtually undetectable and totally natural looking. I mix brown and grey to get a nice shade.

Ah, great. Would it be possible for you to compare this with Aquamatch (or any other color-based concealer options)? That's be awesome.
In my experience, if you rub it or graze the scalp where it is at, it does come off onto your finger tips even if it's been on for a couple of hours. light rubbing does remove it, so even if it doesn't come out when your hair is wet, using a towel will definitely take it out

I started with fibers but as my hair got thinner I found only dermmatch could conceal well. Probably not far down the track I'll need dermmatch + fibers.
As an experienced dermmatch user I'll just add my two cents. The water resistance of dermmatch by itself is much better than fibers, but you can make them both much more resistant by using a very strong holding spray. I live in a place where we get moonsoon downpours: dermmatch + strong spray keeps it there even in very hard rains. Never have I seen runoff or had anyone say anything or look twice.
I like dermmatch a lot, but fibers were so easy to apply.

Hey so how about swimming and dermatch?
I use a little Derm Match for slight thinning, and that stuff works great. I've been in Waikiki surf with it on and it stayed...I've been swimming in pools, it stays on. It doesnt work with balding heads or very little hair on top, but if you have more hair than not... it works great. In summer it lasts about 4 to 5 days. In winter it will last weeks... 50 bucks every 6 months to keep my hair looking thick.

Just one question... Would it work with a receding hairline? Because in the crown he still has some hair to cling onto, but when the temples recede you barely have any hair left in that area
You need to have at least some peach fuzz to make this work well for a caucasian dude. Black guys can use concealers on completely bald heads though which is pretty cool.

I'm 20 and I've had a slight recession on the left temple and a more significant one on the right side since the age of 16
I was hoping concealers could fill those gaps and get rid of that weird asymmetry, but I'm out of luck apparently

Short answer, No it is not waterproof. Been using it for 10 years now .. cant swim with it and DONT EVEN TRY getting in a pool with Clorox in it. If it rains on you, dont wipe !!

1. You say u did 3 fut with total of 27,000 hairs? I heard maximum donor
grafts we have is - 8000. So, even if per grafts 2.6 (multiple hairs in
one graft), then total hairs = 20,000 hairs. So, if you moved 27k hairs
then You had 10,500+ grafts? Do we have so much amount of grafts
available to move?
2. Suppose I did one fut this year (my age is -
26). & I am 100% sure I will need 2 more surgeries in future
lifespan. Then will I be able to do 2nd fut after 5 years & third
after 10years? will I be able to have so much amount of donor hairs
available in fut after first surgery? Yes I understand elasticity &
donor area should be strong - but please answer it with your perspective
as my donor looks like yours.
3. I have seen you using hair
concealer But I dont know if you use hair fiber. So, my question is - is
using hair concealer safe on transplanted hairs? dont they increase
hair fall?
4. Whats your experience about transplanted hairs? are
they falling out? I know we need to do maintenance but I can see you

At the beach you should be fine. I have never tried to go swimming in a pool with it on, but I would give it a shot, as long as you don't have any other product in your hair.

Happy I was helpful :) ...I think both are useful. Hair fibers are faster to put on, so I actually use hair fibers a bit more often myself, but when I want my hair to look the very best it possibly can especially under harsh lighting like on-stage I use Dermatch. In this video I had no concealer in my hair though. I always mention in the video description if I do if it's a hair related video :)

It looked natural when wet, though, so maybe some styling product would've made it look more natural after applying the concealer.
Yeah, styling product will smooth that out. Just looked a little frizzy since it's a bit dry with out.

If your hair is greasy or has product in it then some of the dermatch will come off, but if it's clean and no product is in it then very little will come off.

As far as I know there is nothing harmful about dermmatch. I know many guys with transplants that have used dermmatch for years with no negative effects, just makes their hair look way thicker.

You can sleep with it in but a little will get on your pillow if it's white and you have in on the back or sides of your head.

Awesome! can you do a test using hats or bicycle helmets? Also what color did you used, dark brown or black?
Dark Brown (I mentioned this in the video description). I don't understand the test? I'm sure if you put on a hat for a while some would get on the inside of the hat, but your hair itself would still look good. Yet, what's the point of wearing a hat if you have dermmatch in your hair ;) ...bicycle helmet I think you'd be fine if it's the dark foam helmet. Shouldn't make a difference.
