It actually does bind to hair. I have a quarter size bald scar on the side of crown and it shines super white without something on it. I tamp the scalp, then paint the hair above it and the blow dry it. It keeps that spot covered all day.
I am or was a ProThik user for years. I found it to be a superior product that I could actually conceal my hairline with reasonable accuracy. Having said that, I have significant dissapointment with using ProThik over the last couple of years. First it started when the pandemic hit as it affected ProThik's supply chain so the product was nearly unavailable, Once they were able to increase production, the delivery system ( Spray ) became very unreliable. In essence, I probably wasted more product trying to get the can to spray with consistency as opposed to either sputtering wet drops or no spray at all. I've had to alternate using Toppik spray concealer which isn't as good as ProThik but highly more reliable.

I keep my hair very short and I cut it myself almost every week. I usually buzz most of it down to the shortest setting. I have a little bald spot in the back of my head that irks me. Which product do you think would be best for me?

Usually should last forever with the help of medication, without medication it could risk thinning, or the native hairs around it can thin out making it look unatural
dermMatch just paints your scalp black......... lol looked redicules. my hair is jet black not my scalp.......... what a joke. works great on grandpa's shoes thou.

It washes off with shampoo, a lot of it. It may still leave residue if you don’t wash and scrub it good.

I could, but in my experience all of the sprays are similar.
I am curious as well, especially since haircube is so expensive.

Have you used prothik in a pool is it really waterproof compared to something like dermatch?

Can we use dermmarch on dry hairs?
Yes. Just wet the applicator, apply some Dermatch and paint it on your hair and scalp. Blow dry and brush.
