    Ingredients:
    250 g of chickpeas

    50 gr of ground sesame or 3-4 spoons of Tahini
    1 onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 lemon
    2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
    a pinch of salt
    A pinch of ground black pepper
    Some water
    It can be eaten as snacks. But it is also perfect to combine it with vegetable salad.
