Im also guilty to not drink enough water as i should daily🙋🏽♀️😅 i realize I have to put it in the freezer to get icy cold for me to drink more. That has helped me.
My friend since middle school has been my main support. We walk every other day monday- friday and just trying to make healthier choices. Its easier to do and stick with it with others rather alone. We are in our late 20s now and have always been there for each other through thick and thin😊

Congrats on 200! That's my next milestone as well. Our weather is hot, humid and sticky. Been doing a lot of reading and staying cool inside. You have a lot of good products for the giveaway. Hey there, Sweet Lady. Here in my lil part of Virginia, temps have been in the high 80s to 90 and very humid. I stay in with my central AC set to 65 because my body doesn't regulate my temp correctly, thanks to fibromyalgia, and I always feel like I'm in a million degree oven. Although the cold increases my pain level, I can deal with the pain better than the heat. My daughter and son-in-law are my support along with my 12yo granddaughter, 5 and a half year old granddaughter, and 5 month old grandson. I'm homebound thanks to many health issues, and they bring my groceries and meds to me as well as take me to my Dr appts. Thank you for the opportunity to win your generous giveaway. I think your channel will continue to grow. Since I’m a mess, I have been leaning on my sweet husband, Jeff. He actually was hit a bit harder with COVID just before I started showing symptoms.
