Edit: Quick Note - Accumulating Whipclaw only works on direct hits. If you're killing enemies through walls by whipping her Strangledome, they won't count for the mod. So keep that in mind. With the new Shards and Melee Arcanes, I've made these couple switches: Drop Augur Reach for Primed Flow. The range drop, and shield restore is minimal. Primed Flow will allow you to go over 500 Energy, which is where the new Violet Shards come in play. There's a buff thats the exact same as Crimson's Melee Crit Damage buff, but on Violet, it'll be doubled when your Energy reaches above 500. For the Melee Arcane on Ceramic Dagger, I'm going with Melee Exposure. At Rank 5, on ability cast, it gives 60% Corrosive Damage on Melees for 25s, Stacks to 240%. (Leaving this unranked, just means, on ability cast, it gives 10% Corrosive Damage for 25s, but still stacks to 240%.. Meaning you'll need to cast your abilities 24x in 25s, if you want the full boost.. Higher rank obviously makes it much easier to hit the full boost consistently) You'll be getting the Corrosive boost constantly, since you're spamming Whipclaw anyway. On another note, if you're chilling in your Strangledome all the time, you're rarely going to get knocked down, and even if you do, Catalyzing Shields will keep you safe. So switching Primed Sure Footed for Power Drift is a nice added 15% Strength. With the Primed Flow change, you wont need the Azure Shards for max Energy, so a nice 5x Violet Shards build is Godly damage. Switch a Violet Shard with an Amber Shard for Energy filled on spawn would be a little QOL, too Anyway, this is basically just for people who like to see big numbers, and nicer energy pool.. Kyaii's build is still amazing, and I'm sure he's probably got some changes up his sleeve, for a future video, that I didn't even know about.
Personally there is not a single resource affected by Pilfering Strangledome that I need at my stage in the game so I'd drop it to maintain the guaranteed shield gate and range. Also to touch on your point about not requiring Primed Surefooted; it is true that you will rarely be knocked down, but in the instances where you are, it'll likely mean death and it's nice for comfort. Overall nice switches 👍👍
@@Jadrabbit I get 641 Energy.. Are you using a maxed Primed Flow, and a maxed rank Khora Prime? Edit: Doing the math, even normal Khora should be at 541 with a maxed Primed Flow. A maxed normal Flow would take Prime Khora down to 450, so Primed Flow is very important. You need to max your Primed Flow mod, or your Khora. One or both of those are off, if that's the number you're getting. If you don't have enough Endo, I highly suggest Arbitration missions, if you have access to them.

The use of Diriga is fantastic, I did 25+ minutes on Selkie SP and only cast Lycath Hunt once. But I do think the ‘immortal/invincible Khora’ comes with the huge caveat of you have to play almost flawlessly. You have to build your energy and your combo immediately so you can start getting kills with Whipclaw as it’s the only way you can survive, you need to be casting whipclaw every couple of seconds to generate shields and deal with enemies. You also need to be mixing in primary kills to build to 100 to maintain a 7x combo. Without rolling guard it’s very easy for things to fall apart and if you die once then it can be very difficult to back in the flow.

Ack & Brunt or Magistar IC, unranked Combat Discipline, Arcane Avenger. Is my preferred choice the incarnon route was explained very well so I won't bother. For those that don't have the incarnons yet A&B is a solid choice. A&B frees up all elemental mod slots on your SS as it's unique effect can steal elements from eximus and other elemental enemies letting you adjust your elements on the fly mid mission by simply blocking elemental attacks to add it to your whipclaw and attacking with the A&B to cleanse if you pick up the wrong element. You can mix and match up to 4 elements including dual elements. Since elements are applied at a fixed ratio to whipclaw the 17.5% per stack from A&Bs unique ability it is the equivalent to 4 slots of elemental mods. This let's you apply slash and a QoL mod. I add guardian derision to be fancy, it will taunt enemies as well as build/refresh combo by simply blocking taunted enemy fire. Derision will also prevent you from accidentally expelling the elements since you'll use block to build combo instead of attacks with the weapon itself. This will also let you steer away from naramon if you choose for something like vazarin for team survival or maduari for bonus additional dmg.
This is awesome, I might finally actually play my Khora! I just wanted to mention two things: I added the Rauta as my primary, with Naramon focus school. These, especially combined, make it almost effortless to get and maintain a 12x combo.
Heyo! Coming back to this with a recommendation for the second arcane slot. Molt efficiency is my go-to since it greatly buffs duration for strangledome and makes this build work even better defending small areas.
best Khora vid ive ever seen, very concise, GJ, with regards to the new melee mods, in particular, melee exposure, as that will be giving you corrosive from ability spam or whipclaw, i take it we can run both slash and corrosive now for best of both worlds
If you're gonna use magistar, equip magus aggress on your operator. 300%+ crit damage bonus, and it lasts forever because you aren't hitting things with magistar. For a slash build, switch ceramic to base 30% status chance. Its not about how hard you hit it's about whether you slash or not
For magistar it overall does more damage than ceramic but nothing insane, but it becomes insane with Magus Aggress which can give you an effectively permanent +300% CD, my khora set up has a base CD value of over 23x and thats only with 3 non tau red shards as well.
Also for the lycaths hunt helminth you need to be careful there, lycaths hunt is only good for the corrosive set up since any enemies that die to a slash tick cannot proc lycaths hunt
I definitely need to get started on training my companions. There's so many good options I can go for now. Before this rework, I can't even convince myself to put two forma on them😅
Hi, I just find your channel today, amazing work, this is the theorycraft i love (even if i'm not good with the maths xD). Im curious about the hours spent to breakdown this build! I've got to lurn how to understand maths behind dommage and crit better, so I can spend more time into the simuacrum! Realy great job mate, thanks.
Note: if you're using a slash setup, lycanth hunt doesn't trigger on status damage kills (last I checked, unless they fixed that) so use a different helminth like gara's spectal syphon.
Very well done. Ive already shared and just wanted to comment and say that I am a returning player and this video just may be the best warframe video I have every watched. Great job and keep up the hard work, and thanks again
@@kyaii nothing im bad with words. I was trying to say it was the best khora guide i have seen cause most youtube video showcase khora but not much about companions synergy, arcanes and archon shards.
Note: with magistar, magus agress is also applicable, which means you get another 300% base damage and can even free up pressure point if you wanted. add primary + secondary dexterity + naramon for increased combo counter resilience
Looking great :-) I've been playing lately with Hound with Repo Audit so it does 30m AoE disarm. This just reminded me that could work great with Khora so mobs cannot shoot into strangledomes at all. I need to look into the incarnon weapons more as stat sticks. My past stat stick was Bo and I have a great riven for it also, but that ceramic dagger looks nice also. Saw you using Latron on the video for armor stripping really nicely complementing this kit. Good stuff.
Just finished copying this build and IT IS AMAZING. Followed some of the comments too. Like exchanging Augur Reach for Primed Flow and then put violet archon shards for +25 Melee crit damage (x2 if energy max is higher than 500, enter primed flow. the CD bonus is higher if using TAU shards). Also the comment about melee exposure as a melee arcane, mine is at rank 1 but you can still build up for that 240% corrosive damage. Here's my addition to this fantastic build. Saw a comment about changing the +30% crit chance incarnon to +30% status chance IF using the slash setup. Thought about that and my take is to keep the +30 CC and then change gladiator might on your dagger to drifting contact. That way you can keep the combo counter easily because of the added combo duration(15 secs) and have a bit more status chance. What's the use of blood rush and weeping wounds if you cant keep the combo up, right? There will be times where enemies are too far and 5secs aint gonna do. Yes you loose a bit of crit damage but with those violet archon shards and those easily kept combo multiplier. Your slash procs are RED with that !! logo hahaha
One problem i'm having with this build is Eximus units can just walk up to me and one shot me when I have overshilds on. Even with Arcane Resistance the Ancient Healer Eximus units are one shotting me. I'll do some further testing to see if I can figure out a work around.
I've been playing WF for the better part of 8 years and I'm floored by how intricate this setup is. the way you've stacked and synergized this load out is nothing short of a masterpiece. fantastic work.
Ive never touched any rivens i had, until an hour ago, in where i rolled a ceramic dagger riven, with decent stats, guess ill be farming khora prime next so i can SP survival and be an absolute unit 😂
Great video! - what is the best build for Smeeta and Panzer now? - which Helmnith is good for Fast Nova? Since Roar and Nourish not good with negative strength. - Any tip for Baruuk? I just can’t sustain his ultimate for long. I use Mag pull on him, but restrain hard to maintain. I want juicy red-crit Baruuk that stays long in his ultimate
For panzers honestly, just keep the same build, they’re still very good at spreading viral Prox. As for Nova, sub a decent survivability. For Baruuk, just always make sure that you have your daggers up ALWAYS, and if your having trouble staying in his fourth, just use Lull whenever you see a group of enemy’s. Let the animation go, then kill them.
definitely going to keep this build in mind but I neither have access to incarnons nor shards yet still a bit behind on my quests after coming back to the game after a rather long break away from it. I think I may have a riven or two for magistar I can tinker with for a statstick or just keep using my paracesis
i use the same build but with primed flow instead of continuity for the over 500 max energy to make use or purple archon shards for double the amount of crit damage over red archon shards
Now that netracells mode is implemented you can farm archon fragments more efficiently if you go in a group. Instead of eating up the tedious archon hunt quests.
Great build! Thanks for sharing. Not sure you mentioned it but Magus Aggress arcane doesn't consume charges so that's another free 300% crit from operator :)
This build is a masterpiece but for anyone reading this, if you've hunted down some sisters, hounds are waaay better than diriga for proccing status. Equilibrium Audit, Reflex Denial and Synergized Prospectus in particular for precepts. The last one does pretty much what Arc Coil can, but the other ones are AoE and one of them only has to activate every ten seconds.
Unfortunately they are not. Hound AI is incredibly stupid and far FAR less consistent than Diriga. Trust me, I wrote and did the voice over for the entire video about Hounds and had to change it because in actual gameplay they suck
just gonna throw this out there but, you can just use synth deconstruct on one of the companions, and use her 3 helminth slot as something else, because you'll never run out of health orbs with Synth fiber+synth deconstruct and equillibrium.
So i know this is a late question but would you switch out the archon shards after the updates and new ones are now added or would you still stick with the 2 blue 3 red?
The only thing I don’t understand is how Diriga is pumping out status so easily with the 10% SC on coil tap. I guess the manifold bond gives guaranteed status effects from the sentinel weapon mods? I saw Knightmareframe’s video on diriga with citrine and thought the only way to get reliable status procs was by buffing the status chance. Either way I’m definitely giving this a shot, great video
Manifold procs all modded status on enemies hit by sentinel abilities , you kill an enemy with 3 or more status it cools down abilities on sentinels by 3 s per said kill so it’s a positive loop , on top the bond mod that activates on killing eximus - the elements that mod gives also add to manifold so it gets absurd
Most damage i ever see with a high damage and slash riven mod build is 400k lol. Most enemies in steel path use alloy armor also, not ferrite, so corrosive has no bonus.
Idk man, I'm using a riven too and getting easily over 1 mil slash procs VERY consistently, a lot of 4-5 mil as well. Riven is CC CD range -puncture on ceramic dagger.
Mine is melee damage, crit damage, and slash for the normal gram so the numbers are high. I will still one shot if the enemy has 10 viral stacks though, but im talking about just whipclaw with no corrosive or viral boosts@@conjure4585
Ensnare is different on console or atleast Xbox anyway, when it grabs the enemies they all turn inwards to face the ensnared enemy so you cant get head shots if youre using it as a helminth on another frame.
Since this video came out i have worked to rebuild it unfortunately i dont yet have voruna to sacrifice but the moment i do i will have completed the build
From the math n0quart3r has done - Magistar eeks out an extra 20% extra damage since it not only boost CC but CD as well. Ceramic is more versatile but specifically for Khora - I'd use Magistar Magistar riven has started to rise in price over the course of several months - but people are still selling trash magistar rivens for 25p in the Warframe chat NOT Warframe market BUT if you are looking for purely damage and not just bright red colors The BO Incarnon is the best - It adds SC - Making Khora have a chance to apply triple slash procs
Incredible build, but there's one thing I don't understand. Without any combo duration mods, how are you supposed to keep the combo up? It runs out way to quick and therefore you're almost never achieving the full potential of 6x or even 12x combo multiplier.
damn, that's really cool! I don't have Voruna and she seems like quite a pain to farm, would spectrorage with augment be a comparably good replacement? also, would nami solo work good as a statstick too, while ceramic dagger is out of duviri rotation?
i find it interesting that you would use Auger Reach instead of Stretch, though it's really cool you did the research for that to be the largest explosion radius Whipclaw can be. i would run Stretch instead because "larger range is better" in general as it does effect how far the whipclaw can reach and how big the dome is.
The point of the augur mod is it helps with the shield gating. A whip claw cast will generate your shield back in full, without the augur mods in this build it wouldn’t do that
i'll play around with stuff and i'll probably come to that same conclusion, i forget about the secondary effects stuff tends to have. Thank you for making sure to point that out. Now let's hope nothing about this gets nerfed lol. @@kyaii
i don't understand using Buzz Kill and Carnis Mandible on Ceramic Dagger, does using Slash damage mods give slash damage to the weapon? i thought that didn't work?
Edit: Quick Note - Accumulating Whipclaw only works on direct hits. If you're killing enemies through walls by whipping her Strangledome, they won't count for the mod. So keep that in mind.
With the new Shards and Melee Arcanes, I've made these couple switches:
Drop Augur Reach for Primed Flow.
Higher rank obviously makes it much easier to hit the full boost consistently)
You'll be getting the Corrosive boost constantly, since you're spamming Whipclaw anyway.
Switch a Violet Shard with an Amber Shard for Energy filled on spawn would be a little QOL, too
Anyway, this is basically just for people who like to see big numbers, and nicer energy pool.. Kyaii's build is still amazing, and I'm sure he's probably got some changes up his sleeve, for a future video, that I didn't even know about.

Also are you saying that magiatar is better but only with magus aggress? Or should I just be using ceramic dagger?
Magistar is always better
Thanks.
Realy great job mate, thanks.
this is good stuff kyaii keep it up brother ❤
icl kyaii this is probably your best video/build yet damn😮💨 keep up the gd work!!
Awesome video man, really enjoyed this one
Note: if you're using a slash setup, lycanth hunt doesn't trigger on status damage kills (last I checked, unless they fixed that) so use a different helminth like gara's spectal syphon.
There is a hotfix about it yesterday iirc
Love khora , thanks for the amazing work
glad you enjoy it :)
Very well done. Ive already shared and just wanted to comment and say that I am a returning player and this video just may be the best warframe video I have every watched. Great job and keep up the hard work, and thanks again
thank you :) really appreciate the kind words
Excellent coverage. Nice script and editing.
This video is very high quality. Thank you sir.
Damn the transition are straight fire bro
Best in depth khora guide from warframe till arcanes till companions
till?
Till my yard and touch grass cause played too much warframe these past few days
what
@@kyaii nothing im bad with words. I was trying to say it was the best khora guide i have seen cause most youtube video showcase khora but not much about companions synergy, arcanes and archon shards.
@@kyaii i got a question about diriga why does it stop shooting after like 9 shots of the same target.
Note: with magistar, magus agress is also applicable, which means you get another 300% base damage and can even free up pressure point if you wanted. add primary + secondary dexterity + naramon for increased combo counter resilience
Its crit damage, not base damage. Anyways, its covered in my new Khora video
what the…
thats so much..
and i thought my dagath build is strong.
Thanks!
Now im hurry to farm her Prime version
Looking great :-) I've been playing lately with Hound with Repo Audit so it does 30m AoE disarm. This just reminded me that could work great with Khora so mobs cannot shoot into strangledomes at all. I need to look into the incarnon weapons more as stat sticks. My past stat stick was Bo and I have a great riven for it also, but that ceramic dagger looks nice also. Saw you using Latron on the video for armor stripping really nicely complementing this kit. Good stuff.
Farming the crap for ceramic dagger has been a nightmare lol
Your slash procs are RED with that !! logo hahaha
4:30 usually at level cap you strip so you can mod for gas here
11:38 you could slot aerial bond there as well, make respawn of dirigea instant
oh this is excellent info, I am definitely pulling my Khora Prime back out of storage
I finally finished the build, it was worth
One problem i'm having with this build is Eximus units can just walk up to me and one shot me when I have overshilds on. Even with Arcane Resistance the Ancient Healer Eximus units are one shotting me. I'll do some further testing to see if I can figure out a work around.
😮Should try this with the sibear ‘right hand’ evolution. it’s a FLAT two times melee CD multiplier when a primary is equipped
I've been playing WF for the better part of 8 years and I'm floored by how intricate this setup is. the way you've stacked and synergized this load out is nothing short of a masterpiece.
fantastic work.
🙃
Great guide, you got a new sub!
good video, good explaination, after all good builds ur amazing bro keep it up
Truely the most underrated wf creator
bro doesnt miss
if you used incarnon base magistar and equip magus aggress on thr operator ur can do 1 million crits on no combo
Ive never touched any rivens i had, until an hour ago, in where i rolled a ceramic dagger riven, with decent stats, guess ill be farming khora prime next so i can SP survival and be an absolute unit 😂
Man i legit took notes so i can farm for this stuff while khora is building
You and me both
Great video!
Finally somebody mention khora after dagath update
dont forget that venari can use tandem bond. and when equipped with naramons power spike to upkeep max combo easily
whipclaw builds combo, no need
i use the same build but with primed flow instead of continuity for the over 500 max energy to make use or purple archon shards for double the amount of crit damage over red archon shards
Solid video my friend 👍
Yoo! Why tf are you so good? 🔥🔥🔥
great video as always!!!! u could make one about new companions builds/changes/mods etc, would be so helpfull
Yeah. I'm thinking we're back
Now that netracells mode is implemented you can farm archon fragments more efficiently if you go in a group. Instead of eating up the tedious archon hunt quests.
Great build! Thanks for sharing. Not sure you mentioned it but Magus Aggress arcane doesn't consume charges so that's another free 300% crit from operator :)
She’s my favorite warframe and I don’t have the full evolved dagger but uhhh. Imma try it
I never thought Id see Diriga being useful for anything. Finally an excuse to use it!
you are crazy. what a great Video!
Thank you so much for this comment. Because of it I tried a hound with Repo Audit and I'm loving it. Crowd control and Status Priming all in one
tbh i was kinda surprised that this wasn't double companion mod shenanigans
Venari lacks precepts so there is not much you can really do in terms of unique stuff.
just gonna throw this out there but, you can just use synth deconstruct on one of the companions, and use her 3 helminth slot as something else, because you'll never run out of health orbs with Synth fiber+synth deconstruct and equillibrium.
Oh yeah, with the new Radiation mods, you can have an Epitaph do Viral, Radiation, and Heat or Electricity.. same deal with Diriga's weapon
So i know this is a late question but would you switch out the archon shards after the updates and new ones are now added or would you still stick with the 2 blue 3 red?
Base khora would yield a max shields of 75 with catalysing shields, so you wouldn't need to run blind rage
Only true legends will rember see this incomplete.
heyyyy 👀
Good job, my dude. Shit is so good.
Ensnare is different on console or atleast Xbox anyway, when it grabs the enemies they all turn inwards to face the ensnared enemy so you cant get head shots if youre using it as a helminth on another frame.
Since this video came out i have worked to rebuild it unfortunately i dont yet have voruna to sacrifice but the moment i do i will have completed the build
hope you've enjoyed :)
@@kyaiiI finally finished the build and I can say I'm absolutely loving it
From the math n0quart3r has done - Magistar eeks out an extra 20% extra damage since it not only boost CC but CD as well. Ceramic is more versatile but specifically for Khora - I'd use Magistar
Magistar riven has started to rise in price over the course of several months - but people are still selling trash magistar rivens for 25p in the Warframe chat NOT Warframe market
BUT if you are looking for purely damage and not just bright red colors
The BO Incarnon is the best - It adds SC - Making Khora have a chance to apply triple slash procs
yup, this is why i talk about magistar being better in the video lol
@@kyaii yeppers - Just love nerding out to the ridiculous amount of math that goes into all these builds.
Incredible build, but there's one thing I don't understand. Without any combo duration mods, how are you supposed to keep the combo up? It runs out way to quick and therefore you're almost never achieving the full potential of 6x or even 12x combo multiplier.
Dexterity arcanes help and whipclaw builds combo so if your constantly using it (you should be) then youll stay at 12x
@@kyaii thank you! I'll give it a try
damn, that's really cool! I don't have Voruna and she seems like quite a pain to farm, would spectrorage with augment be a comparably good replacement? also, would nami solo work good as a statstick too, while ceramic dagger is out of duviri rotation?
I'm looking forward to the new companion set up with 2.0 released. 😁
Amazing video and I love your content but there is one question how did you make that Khora look so good
i just want the cross save already cuz spamming abilities on controller just fucks my hand up
Dude this is the most in depth video I've ever seen for khora. Absolutely earned my sub
thank you :)
I'd recommend Torid Incarnon to quickly gain the 100 kills for the Ceramic Dagger
you dont need the initial combo from ceramic for this
But what about Blood Rush and Gladiator? Are you adding them just for their base stats? @@kyaii
Amazing build, tysm!!! One question though, how do I deal with toxin damage?
Just rolled a cc cd and one range minus on magistar riven waiting on 2 weeks for incarnon and my khora is complete
i find it interesting that you would use Auger Reach instead of Stretch, though it's really cool you did the research for that to be the largest explosion radius Whipclaw can be. i would run Stretch instead because "larger range is better" in general as it does effect how far the whipclaw can reach and how big the dome is.
The point of the augur mod is it helps with the shield gating. A whip claw cast will generate your shield back in full, without the augur mods in this build it wouldn’t do that
need augur reach to shield gate
i'll play around with stuff and i'll probably come to that same conclusion, i forget about the secondary effects stuff tends to have. Thank you for making sure to point that out. Now let's hope nothing about this gets nerfed lol. @@kyaii
i just thought of this, would it be better to just run Toxin on the melee weapon and use Archon Continuity? @@kyaii
i don't understand using Buzz Kill and Carnis Mandible on Ceramic Dagger, does using Slash damage mods give slash damage to the weapon? i thought that didn't work?
