Hi Chris. I think that seeing as these wines have good tannin structure and are bold in style but also round, the Shiraz glass would be my preference.. they do need aeration, but not as much a some Burgundies do.. of course it is personal preference! Thank you for the question.

Sure do! Very hot water into a bowl, steam the glasses over the water, polish with clean white cloth.. a slow job but always great results 🥂
