Very good results. Just a word of warning in case I missed any mention of it. When using anything that spins to do these jobs definitely wear eye protection. I speak from painful experience.
Woowwww looks amazing. Perfect work. What is the material of the rail? I think stainless steel? I will do the same thing to my rails as well. Better than paint. Thank you for sharing. The best channel for Alfa Romeo GTV and DIY works.
Cheers on you for putting in the work, however, I feel like it would be better to wire wheel them, givem then a sand to even it out, degrease it and send it o be zinc coated. Then you have it perfect and most importantly protected.
Hi Rick, you fuel rails definitely look brilliant (positive pun intended!), however, you started with zinc plated (+yellow chromate) rails and what you now have is exposed plain iron/steel. I wonder what can go wrong?
Nice. Eye protection a must especially with that wire brush.

Hello Rick. Nice video. Just a question:
Why didn't you use the same injection rail polishing method to polish the intake ducts?
Thanks
Keep up the great work! They look amazing!!

It is perfectly fine as long as you keep them clean and polished. It’s something you definitely need to keep on top of.
