  • The Text command in Rhino 3-D modeling creates two-dimensional annotation text. To add text, you can:
-Click the Text object on the side
-Select the location for the text
    -Specify the options
    -Type the text
You can change the text's height, font, and format. You can also change the text's output, such as whether it will be a curve, surface, or solid. For example, Bold sets all of the text to bold, while Italic sets all of the text to italic. You can also align the text horizontally to the left, center, right, top, middle, or bottom.
You can also format the text on a word-by-word or letter-by-letter basis, similar to a word processor.
Text fields can be used to keep design documentation current. For example, you can be used in title blocks, annotation objects, and notes. Text fields can update automatically as a design changes, which can save time and energy.
To use text fields in Rhino, you can:
-Download Rhino 8 Evaluation for Windows or Mac
    -Run the Text command
    -Click the fx button
