    As I enjoyed my run this morning in beautiful British Columbia I was reminded of the importance of having a strong, mobile and relaxed body. I had to run on ice and snow so the tendency would be to tense up, hip flexors on fire and shoulders up around my ears. I was able to relax and work with the environment I had.... NO excuses - NO residual tightness - NO PROBLEM.
