It's great without having to modify it.
advice : it would be better if you did the sound test by simulating a person typing on a normal day chating.
the type of typing you do is too light.
I’m waiting a month this keyboard , i planed black model because only have back dragon pattern and nobe written LEOBOG, my switch is haimu seasalt, and keycap is kbdiy gmk marsgreen

@@thepowersplanet9915 Typing on my Hi8 now. The sound is a little cleaner and not quite as foamy. Still foamy as far as alu boards go, but a little less so. Overall super similar to the Hi75, just wireless lol. Oh, and a lot easier to take apart!

There's a bit of scratchiness in the spacebar. Is that because of the switches or is that the stabilizer?

Thanks. Also, is it compatible with third-party stabilizers? I built a keyboard a while ago that came with bad stock stabilizers and I couldn’t replace them because other stabilizers wouldn’t fit.

@@radbradmtb6915 i ordered a Hi8 almost 3 weeks ago now and it's still hasn't arrived from Aliexpress. Iono man.. this Aliexpress keyboard thang is kinda been just bad for me so far lol which vendor did you use?
Any switch recommendations or tips to make my hi8 sound deeper? I use the greywood v4, everything is stock except the re-lubed stabs

greywood v4s are very clacky switches, i would recommend getting some deeper switches
@@rinnoX1 If you want something deeper, I recommend Canglan V2 or Strawberry wine v2.
@@DADAkeeb canglans are medium pitch, and strawberry wine v2s are clacky..
