Thanks, for sharing , I need to have a deeper concern about transforming. What about hormones though we need them , that makes sense about the ovaries , right that's why hormones are needed to protect the heart

I have too hight estrogen ,i dont know why. i hate my self. one my ovary dont work +endometriosis. So,i can't have kids. I don't see point to be women anymore.I have very masculine character from childhood. I was like a boy till 13 years. Now at 26 as female,i have dark body hair everywhere and even beard growing. I hate my boobs, hips. And everything i see in the mirror. I am thinking about change my sex. I am too tired of beaing in females body, when the spirit is male.

Do you know how long the recovery of a hysterectomy takes?

I’m about to have surgery… how do you fathom the fact that people are going to be seeing your junk?? How do you cope with them looking at you down there for check ups? It’s one thing to be on the surgery table unconscious and people see your junk… (still terrifying to me) but to be awake when the doctor is looking at your junk?? How do you get over that fear and dysphoria??? I’m so scared

So for me it’s a few things honestly. I understand that this is what I have and I need to make sure I’m healthy. My fear of getting sick or dying unnecessarily outweighs my dysphoria. I cannot live my best life and transition if I’m unhealthy or not alive to do so. Another thing that helps me get over dysphoria is that I recognize this is what I have and it won’t always be this way and my junk doesn’t define who I am nor does it make me less of a man. It’s just what it is right now. The final thing for me and probably one of the most important for me is having doctors I trust and have a good rapport with. It took me a while to find that but I’m glad I took the steps to do so. They’re respectful and kind people and they go at my pace to get things done. If all of the above fails, you can also ask for a pill to help with anxiety to help you calm enough to just get it over with. Ultimately getting our junk and reproductive organs checked is a vital and important part of our health. Hope this helps!

Understood, there are different types of hysterectomies. I’d encourage you to find a good gynecologist and discuss your options. I had a medical condition (somewhat unrelated to my transition) that required I have one. The toughest part was finding a gynecologist who was willing to perform the procedure “with me being so young” at 28 years old, who I trusted and was knowledgeable.

Do we still need excess estrogen to regulate our bodies after bottom surgery? I plan on getting three stage phallo, to clarify.

Great question I’ll have an answer to this soon as I’ve been in talks with 2 different endos about this and I have an appointment to discuss this in depth with an Endo to understand this better I’ll be making a video on my findings next week after I get those answers!

Hello, I'm in a pickle and would like to know your thoughts (also I know it's veen 2 years but I'd like to knlw what your gyno said about testosterone and how the bio female body will be affected, especially after removing a big source of estrogen production)
As a dude transdude, of course I'd feel delighted if I were to wake up as cis dude. However this sadly is not likely to happen lol while there have been many desired results thanks to taking testosterone, also things I'm concerned about. Ongoing heavy acne breakout for years, issues w some organs 😢, a lot of hair loss (w combi of stress), etc. All cuz of hormlne imbalance. So now if I do hysterekromie, would everything worsen?
But i really don't want any productive female organs however I'm very keen to choose physical health even if mentsl hurts a lil. I'm scared to go off T and things becomkng reverse but also don't want to depend on testosterone shots for the rest of my life. I'm not sure what to do.

I’m going to make another follow up video soon and tackle this in more detail!
Thank you for your comment I didn’t realize this is a common question. Give me a few days and I got you with a follow up via video. It’s much easier than trying to type everything in a comment!
