Thank you so much for sharing your experience with CNY! I just had my first IVF cycle fail with another in my area and I am considering CNY and have a consult scheduled with them. I was truly floored to hear that CNY froze your embryos at day three. My previous clinic didn’t even let me know that was an option. Now I’m wondering if I could have ended up with more embryos. In my cycle we retrieved seven mature eggs. Six of them fertilized, but only two became day five embryos. Both of the day five embryos went through genetic testing and were abnormal. Had I known I could have them frozen at day three I definitely would’ve opted for that and possibly increased the number of embryos. Now I know to ask any clinic about this moving forward. So good to see a video from a woman in her 40s who has gone through IVF, it is encouraging.
Thank you! I am glad you found this helpful. Not all clinics will freeze on day 3 so try not to be surprised if they won't do it. CNY makes a lot of exceptions to standard rules, which I love about them. A few people have had success with day 3 embryos, so having it as an option, especially for using your own eggs, is incredible. They have a 3-day embryo support group where you can read inspirational stories. Check it out here: facebook.com/groups/3286675504700821.

I just had my failed cycle as well. I actually hate my clinic (Lord forgive me) I'm currently with Shady Grove and they are the worst. It's so upsetting. I really want to switch but all the money invested it's so hard to switch. I'm trusting God because I know he's faithful and always on time.
