Airbnb vs Hotel: Mexico City (La Condesa Neighborhood)

Hey whats up guys this is Mario Alvarado and I am going to give you guys a quick tour of my Airbnb in Mexico City. So in this video I will also show you guys the balcony that is connected to the living room. The living room has full-length windows that lets in a lot of sunlight. I am going to go over the advantages of staying at an Airbnb vs Hotel in Mexico City in La Condesa neighborhood. Staying at an Airbnb gives you the opportunity to experience what it feels like to be a local living in La Condesa in Mexico City. Renting an Airbnb gives you more amenities and utilities compared to a hotel. At an Airbnb you have the opportunity of getting a washer and dryer, kitchen with stove, dishes and utensils and much more space compared to a local Hotel. Airbnb plus can add additional amenities like Smart TV, Fast Internet, and a balcony with a view. Most Airbnb places offer coffee and internet where you can connect you Netflix and UA-cam accounts.
I also show a bonus Airbnb video of an Airbnb place I stayed in Merida, Yucatan. This place was amazing, it had a lot of space and the decorations was beautiful. This place did an amazing job in color contrast. Especially using the picture frames colors of dragon fruit and matching it with the color of the wall. I was also very impressed with the wooden beams that were in the ceiling that included the living room and all the bedrooms.

Rafael Perez thanks primo, hoping to get this Airbnb ready by August of this year. Good Question about Hotel vs Airbnb prices. Last time I checked they were similar, but I am going to look them up again to see if anything has changed.
