The ensaimada is a very typical Spanish sweet bread. I suppose the Spanish brought it to the Philippines during the part of Philippine-Spanish era. It is a very nice thing to have with your morning coffee or afternoon tea.

Like I mentioned on my last comments, you are impressive. I purchased even your measuring cups with metric system. Here in the U.S. everything are in apothecary system. Please include the cups, teaspoon, degree fahrenheit for us for baking please? Thank you.
