I am in agreement with your assessment.🤣 MY Dreadnocks are as accurate to the original packaging artwork as possible. Hence it took a couple years for me to find just the right knuckle knife! Just have to make the sheath for it. 🤘Cold Slither RULES !🤘🤣 ✌️🤘🇨🇦
Night creeper is great and as odd as that Era was there was some great designs and vehicles were great when destro had the gold head

I think a Welder mask and the acetylene torch with blue flame would work with Torch.

Yeah, a cutting torch is a pretty fun weapon. He could have come with both. Maybe paint a Dreadnok symbol on the facemask. I can see Grid Iron studios doing that. I remember Exterminator! Haven't seen it since.
I cannot wait until the Doc figure comes out! Thanks for the heads up about Grid Iron Studios; they have some really cool stuff.

Gridiron makes glasses that actually stay on. Don’t know how they are the only ones that have perfected that but….

The removable shades are so good and proves i need them with Ripper and other figures,but the flawed Buzzer shades do suck...bad bad. I want all shades in future just done correctly, i cant shake or drop Ripper hard enough to remove em' granted i dont want to glue buzzers on, i might have to, but i love the option...
I would prefer more head sculpts in classified when there are characters that wear glasses. One head with the glasses sculpted on would be much better than the loose accessories that Classified has been producing

we need a RETRO Jinx. For characters with glasses, we need 2 head scuplts.
That could be good. Two head sculpts cost money though, so that's probably why they won't do it.
Pre-reveal, I had zero interest in Gnawgahyde but was waiting on a good Torch before I bought into the non Z-fam 'Nocks. Post-reveal I'm not feeling Torch (unpopular opinion) but I am over the moon for Gnawgahyde. Stellar Jinx as expected, but the weapon is a throw away for me; it may be retro accurate, but I was hoping for something more realistic and practical. Save that weapon for a possible retro Jinx in the future.
I love most of these new reveals. Night Creeper is probably my least favorite but it looks good, I just don’t have any nostalgia about that figure. I will probably like it more when I see the final product. The two Dreadnoks, Torch and the other guy I can’t spell, look fantastic, as well as Doc and Jinx. I plan on getting all of those once they are available for pre-order. I agree about the whole glasses situation, I would rather them just give two head sculpts, one with glasses and one without. I know it would probably cost more but I’d be ok with it.
Yeah, what can it cost? A buck or two? Add a buck to the price and give us more heads

Torch is my favorite bad guy character. Other than maybe grey boots, he's great. Must have
Tiger force panties on tripwire is the bottom, especially after such a good normal release. I like the roadblock other than the face paint. Easily the bottom selection

I'm liking all of them except the tiger force. I'd like them to stay as close as the originals as possible
I missed the original Roadblock so this would be okay as he has his true gun, not some railgun weird thing. But yeah Tiger Force is not my thing and don't need a second Tripwire.
Agree completely on glasses. Just have them as part of the head sculpt.
Before the preview I was not interested in Naugahyde. After the release I kind of agree with him at number one.

Hasbro has made enough animals they should release a jungle pack of animals like back in the day there were little sets of things. Snake eyes unmasked with the pizza 🍕 comic face would be great

How did they not include that pet rat for tripwire painted up like a tiger? I guess that's animal cruelty forget sending that rat in to diffuse bombs. Also wasn't the little monkey that came with Mary Ravenwood articulated Wonder why they didn't do that for Gnawgahyde's monkey. I'm excited for them all though but especially Doc, Torch, Jinx and Gnawgahyde
Agree with the glasses. I only collect what I had or liked and didn't get so tiger force and night creeper are no buys for me.
Yeah, I don't need them all. I may buy several Night Creepers though. I haven't bought any Tiger Force except Outback. Loved the look of that figure
@DestroIsMySpiritAnimal I also consider space to put everything. I thought the room i had would do but space fills very quickly. I also have limits i would love a dragonfly or hiss tank but I'm not going into debt for items to dust later.
Most of us OG collectors are not fans of the Joe Sub groups. I’ve never been a fan of Tiger Force, Slaughters Marauder’s etc… We also had the exact same list w/the same likes and issues. Does anyone know when the pre orders start for this?

@@DestroIsMySpiritAnimal Lenny has been dropping many hints on boxes. He loves Rock music and the dreadnoks.
He celebrated the rock aspect of Clutch and RockNRoll.
Removable glasses = costume change.
Bald Zartan = wig ready.
we are so lucky to have Lenny because he understands the brand properly.
Yeah the Dreadnoks with the removable glasses was kinda of stupid and thats on Lenny form the Gi Joe team at Hasbro, cause he's kinda of in charge of the design and he loves the Dreadnoks so that was a mistake on his part and im glad Torch will be with sculpted glasses.... i not kidding when i say it took me 5 min to loose those Buzzer glasses, thankfully the extra pair that came with Gen. Hawk was a good match!
The biggest one where I'm desperately trying not to lose the glasses would be "Profit Director Destro" Those things don't stay on at all, and since they are faded lavender color, not easily replaced

Was not able to get the og Trip Wire and it sucks that they decided to make a 2 pack with another character that i have ZERO interest of getting!! Already have that Night Creeper that came out in that Snake Eyes movie line, so not sure im gonna get him again but Jinx is a must.... and yes she's beautiful!!! 😉

I don't need the Tiger Force or Python Patrol. I skip all of those. I agree with you about the glasses. They are a pain in the butt. I superglued mine to their heads. But, I don't like the tattoos on Jinx or Torch. Doc, Jinx, and Torch are must gets. Gnawgahyde is a maybe. Nightcreeper and the Tiger Force repaints are skips for me.
Superglue is a good idea. I worry I will screw it up and it'll look messy, but that might be the way to go

I had no idea it was even a thing. But I suppose if Jesus' birthday isn't really Dec 25, than Gi Joe's BDAY can be off by a week

Unfortunately for me, the Tiger Force OG 88 guys are gets because having a channel that reviews Joes I feel compelled to buy them - even if I "don't want them." Roadblock, though - with the .50 cal and non-deluxe Tripwire I kind of actually want.
They just come out with so many I can't keep up. I'm going broke on these damn things

Doc is above tripwire and below roadblock. I don't like the short sleeves. Would have preferred dukes arms, rolled up sleeves. This plate carrier just looks off to me
Yeah, the sleeves would have been good. I also feel he could look slightly older. I've always pictured him being a bit older than average
Night creeper is my number two. Great later figure as a kid. Should fit in nicely. Gnagahyde would be two but my ferry custom is still better. Will just have to buy some of that gear by itself
I think night creeper falls into a category where he was already a "classified" style design.
I like the TF TripWire-I found the original one to be too plain for my taste. So will be definitely buying this two pack of TF TripWire & Roadblock👍
Yeah I’m passing on the Tiger force, will probably get three of the Night creepers i usually go for three of troopers 3 or 4 man squads , everybody else is a get
