    I was suffering from pcod since 2013 . 😭
    Also i have gained a lot of weight . In march 2020 , i took a step towards curing pcod and after exercising and following a healthy lifestyle i lost 10 kgs in 7 months and also it cured pcod problem .🙏🙏

      @@nawalmansur3247 maine koi special diet nhi liya tha .....maine fastfood or meethi chizenlena poora band kr diya tha...mujhe 7months hogye mai sweets nii khayi hun even chai tak nahi peeya or exercise mein mai subah 8 kms cover karti hun jogging and walking se and sham ko mai HIT EXERCISE KRTI HUN 1hour.

    I have pcod for a very long time, although it was diagnosed in 2013, at that time i was already having many cysts in my ovary. Ive tried a lot of times to manage my diet and exercises, but couldn't continue it after 4-6 days. I even consulted a psychiatrist for my depression, but stopped taking medication for that as well.
    Its 2020 and this year i finally realised, i have to do something. I can't go on like this for my whole life.
    Ive changed my diet, doing exercises, im working hard and trying to stay positive.
    Dec 2019,i was at 61kg, right now i am 58kgs.
    I will update after 3months about my progress.
    Please wish me luck.
    My goal is to reach 47 kgs aur less.
    I will not give up this time.

      di i am also have been suffering pcod since 2014, kya kya karna hai ar nahi karna hai plese kuch battaya di, bohot tention hoti hai, i feel so depressed and frustated, ..my period skip since 3, month , i have not any period since december 2019, kuch help kardo di please

    I lost my 10kg in just 1 month but i did two time exercise in day and hard work also i got my period.... I'm happy and now I wanna lose 20 kg more so I will be 60kg to 40kg

      You should not eat too much fruits either. It spikes insulin. I too hav PCOD. You should have fruits preferably in the morning. That time our metabolism is at the highest

      No i dont think ki raat me lena chaiye isey..kyunki yh acidic h. mene morning me jb isey lia ta khali paet aur ek do ghnte tk agar brkfast ni kra
      .to paet me discomfort hone lgata ta and nausea b
      since it is acidic..i suggest ki rat me intake krna sahi ni rhega..kyunki fir 7-8ghnte tk koi b food intake ni hoga hmra to gastroc prob hogi fir.. mujhe to ek ghnte bad hi hone lgi ti

      By my own diet n regular gym... Guyz just go for brisk walk atleast daily for 30min... N cut offf some junks... Ull get results.... N now I have lost 18 kgs in 12 months.. Guys no short cut gonna help to loose weight.... Just dedication n hard work...

      Since i stay in Karnataka we get plenty of them.. Any way try the powder form but be very careful while buying one who knows about the adulteration.
