You can also notice that this reindeer has the same egg shaped eyes (Donner’s are more almond shaped and thicker eyelids) and stern expression that Clarice’s father had in his earlier appearance, a much longer and thinner, curved neck, plus the ears are completely brown on the inside while Donner has white fuzz in his ears. It makes more sense in context as well seeing as Clarice is alongside Rudolph as this reindeer is talking to them. Clarice likely told her father about how Rudolph risked his life to save her and thus, he realizes how wrong he was to be so dismissive and accepts their relationship.
