Ingredients:
100ml of lukewarm water, 150ml of lukewarm milk, 1 tbsp of dry yeast (8g), 5 tbsp of sugar (75g), 2 tbsp of melted butter (40g), 2 tbsp of oil, 1 egg, 550g of flour ( + or - depending on your type of flour)
Filling: 60g of chocolate chips or pieces, 60g of raisins, 60g of toasted and chopped almonds, a little butter
1 egg and 1 tbsp of milk for the gilding
