👉 Ingredients:
350ml lukewarm water, 1 tbsp dry yeast (8g), 1 tsp sugar, 450g all-purpose flour (3 cups), 1 tsp Salt, 3 tbsp olive oil
👉 Garnish
1/2 cup green onion, 1/2 cup red pepper, 1/2 cup green pepper, 1/2 cup olives, 100g Feta cheese, 2 tbsp parsley, 3 tbsp olive oil olive, 1 clove of garlic and 1/2 tsp of paprika
👉 Indications:
- The dough sticks to the hands
- Wet hands to handle the dough
- Let the dough rise in the first step 45min, then in the second step 45min, and in the third step 30min
- Use a 30cm (12inch) diameter mold
- Bake in a Preheated Oven at 200C (400F) for 30min
