People not realizing she just a few months ago first picked the guitar back up to even attempt to remember this! After an aneurysm where she had to relearn how to walk, talk etc….a miracle!

When I was a 16 we lived next door to Joni. My favorite of her songs was "Playing his music for free".She got me into the harmonies and the chords .

I was thrilled to see her appear in public ...then to see her sing.....and now that she is playing her guitar again.....she's fought back and won!
My gawd, this has given me such JOY and INSPIRATION! It's been 6 months since I experienced a traumatic injury and watching/hearing Joni has given me such HOPE. Over the past several days I've listened to many of these clips and I am astonished by Joni's gorgeous now full deep vocal register, phrasing, and this standing guitar performance blew me away! I'm hoping Newport will share the entire Joni Jam concert with us.
When even the people up there on stage with her have their phones out to record her, you know you are witnessing history.
This has got to be the best medicine for her. All you need is love... And she got that for sure! Sending mine in also!
