I am close on a muscle up but quite a ways to go on the front lever. But I am almost 71 years old so it's never too late I've never felt stronger in my life.
Inspiring! I just turned 60, and am working on planche. Long way to go, though I can do 15 pullups. Unf, messed up my shoulder a couple of weeks ago, so need to take it easy for a bit.
@@ultimaetsolder What a completely pointless thing to say. Life is going to teach you some lessons. When it does, you'll realize saying things like this are completely pointless and breaking people down DOESN'T build you up. Hold on son, you're about to get some education. One day you'll understand that building people up takes way less effort than breaking people down.
6 months. And from the comments I’m seeing that this is a pretty fast progression. This inspires me, I thought I was making progress super slowly on all of these movements. Nice job man and thanks for posting
This video was great and ridiculously inspiring! I've been trying to get the hang of the planche since June and I've neglected it in the past month because I got fed up staying at the same spot Thanks for this video, you've just motivated me to get back on it Can't wait to see you progress further dude!
@@ashton6478 most people that are lean and have worked out can hold at least a tuck planche 5 seconds but usually their form sucks so badly (no scapula protraction or posterior pelvic tilt and poor body awareness)
lmao theres no such thing as a tuck planche without a posterior pelvic tilt. You are crazy. Anyways when I started, my tuck planche sucked because I was pulling my shoulders up to the ears instead of pulling them down.
Highly motivating. I also started 2 weeks back and it already felt like I am reaching nowhere. But after this I know how much effort it needs and I have only taken first step right now. Thanks a lot
This is mind blowing. I can see myself doing this, i started working for it the last 2 months, but still i am mind blown by this move. Great job ! I must do this as well.
Hi everyone, as promised I will make you a planche tutorial very soon ! I've already written it, I just need to film it and make the edit, so let me 2 weeks and it will be there ;) (Thanks for the support)
nice work! I am filming and sharing my progression over the months.. it is really motivational to see others working out with the same goals! congraculations
Oh, man. I mean I know you more of a person in a peak physical shape than a person recovering from injury or something, but with the music, and seeing you shake your head at 1:32 really gets to me. I actually teared up. Reminds me of these people who suffered a serious injury while pursuing their passion (e.g. mountain climbing, snowboarding, etc) and are starting to learn to walk again. In that shake of your head, I can feel your frustration and even thoughts of giving up. Yet you don't stop trying. You set your goal and didn't look back. Very inspiring, man.
yoo thats so sick. I only just recently managed to do the muscle up after months of training and the feeling when you finally get the hang of it is greay
its quite hard with such short time to learn.. 6 months was extremely hardwork to do planche... because people learn this planche atleast take 2 or 3 years to correct the form.. good job man you're doing well
Nice persistance really good effort. You should try to press into handstand from the planche, seems like the logical progression. Keep up the hard work dude!
I have just ordered a pair of paralettes, and this video is a great motivation. I am a novice powerlifter and am struggling to progress with my bench press strength despite following strict training programs. I am hoping that introducing this to my program will help my 1rm on my bench. Wish me luck!!
After watching this i am even more motivated to do a planche, i've been attempting and then stopped for a while with other commitments but kept doing conditioning exercises to stay somewhat in form but not the progressions that i usually do...can you do a vid on muscle ups please? (if you have time)
Awesome video!! Keep going bro!! I absolutely love your progression!! Work always pays off!! Can you plz tell me how many days a week do you practice planche?
really well done man. how many times a day or weak did you train your planche?? -im in the making myself but is stuck in straddle planche at the moment.
I enjoy your movie bro, I'm so fuck motivated after seen that. I'm still on tucked planch training and one day I'll get perfect plache. Thanks for the video (y'
Really impressing progress!! May I ask how many days you train per week, and how long you train for each time? I've just started to train planche for two weeks haha and now can hold the bent leg planche for 20 seconds
Excellent progression. I've found that it gets much more difficult transitioning from tuck to straddle. Having longer arms increases this challenge, but I'm progressing after several months.
nice! respect. im stuck in the tuck planche. im able to do the straddle planche but bad form and for only max 6 sec. so i go back to tuck form to build strength for the next level. been practicing for 3 month now.

did you get better?
At the start you can do tuck planche already. From zero to tuck is a long journey as well I think ...
yes, this is my prerequisites. You need a minimum if you want to begin !
I think most people with experience in body weight exercise get tuck Planck fast, but every step after that is super hard

I've been wanting to quit planche lately after a long journey and I was done after 3 sets . This video made me just do a 4th set. Thank u m8
Danny Lukowski don’t quit. You won’t see much progress even month to month with planche. It’s a very slow process. Keep going 💪

In fact it isn't.. having longer arms decreases the leaning forward angle, so your deltoids are in a stronger position !

hahah je tombe au hasard sur cette video j'ai reconnu les deux parcs a bruxelles, george henri et l'autre pas loin du jardin botanique il me semble :D
I remember watching this a long time ago. Back when I lacked the strength to even do tuck planche. Now I can straddle for 5 seconds
