Thank you, I just love this poncho. I made one for my self but it was too large for me, so I gave it to my daughter who loves it. She is much taller than me and it looks lovely on her. I want to make one for myself, but with smaller squares, that way the neck iopening will be smaller and the poncho will not be so long. I truly love all your projects and hope to see more of them.
I am on the second square...Fascinating to me that each side of this pattern looks the same. ....Doesn't have that wrong side appearance....Great pattern and fun to crochet!

Just starting the neckline of my poncho. I used Caron Big cakes in the Cherry Compote colorway. I am a large woman and it came out perfectly for me. I love it, it is beautiful. Thank you so much.
Did you do the four squares like in the video if so how many rows did you do?
Jen Thomas Yes, I did the 4 squares 16 rounds, 59 double crochet per side.
Ok great . May I ask your height? I am making one for my daughter and she doesn’t want to too long.. she’s 5’1.... and I think I’m gonna stop at 15 rows...
Jen Thomas I am barely 5'3", so doing 1 less round should be about right. I used 2 Caron Big Cakes, so mine is thicker than the one Annoo made using dk weight yarn.

Hi Anno, love this pattern and really love the yarn.I want so much to make this only problem is I am on a limited income and can't by any yarn . Maybe one of these days. Being on disability stinks no extras. Medicine and food come first. But I love watching you and you have such a awesome voice, so soft.

Hey Annoo! Your crochet videos are the best because they are so clear and you go with us every step of the process. I can see clearly and you go at such a real time speed that I can follow. Thanks to you! Love the idea of using a light weight yarn, which I never really considered. It makes sense to use a soft light weight yarn because otherwise you are right, it would be very heavy with 4 ply yarn. I love the special granny stitch you have used because it creates a different center. You always step the game up a little.

I am working on my second granny square now...looking gorgeous! I did however order another two skeins of yarn because it's taking me 1 3/4 skeins per square. I am doing 18 rounds as well. My tension perhaps.

So I'm making this and used a slightly larger hook because I crochet tightly, and still had to do an extra round for the squares. I was worried that I'd run out of yarn so my squares were still smaller, like 15.5"... It was too short on my arms for how i like it, so now I'm adding rows all along the bottom edge till my yarn runs out. Improvise, improvise...

Oh Annoo, I absolutely love love watching your videos. I always feel so relaxed when listing to you talk. So I don't usally order yarn from the UK but. When I saw this poncho you made it ordered 4 different colors lol lol I have already made one of these ponchos while waiting for my new yarn. I used alpaca yarn. ❤❤❤ oh It came out so beautiful. And yesterday day my melange and other colors came in!!!!!! It's so so beautiful. So thank you again. For all that you do.😗😗😗😗 and now I'm off to start my next poncho in this wonderful new yarn. Thank you for this pattern. I also love ponchos and recently bought Lion Brand's Comfy Cotton Blend in Driftwood. It won't be as colorful as yours, which is lovely, but I love this pattern.
