I set up an Amazon Associates account which earns the channel something on purchases that qualify :) I'd only link something that I 100% recomend and use myself.

Your channel is remarkably good. Kudos for the C41 processing at home.
Thanks!
News news news 🙌🙌
I really hope nothing changes with street candys branding…. It’s literally the sexiest branding that ever exists!!
Always love my dose of news that I know nothing about 🙌
You’re so cool
you're way cooler :D yeah me too, that's one of the reasons I liked the film haha kidding not kidding ;p and THANK YOUUUUUUU :)
Thanks for this news roundup! If/when my scanner dies, I may be looking into one of those Valoi setups.
Thanks for watching Dave! The Valoi easy35 does look nice and easy for 35mm 😊
Thank you so much for shouting out our exhibition! So excited to have so many wonderful and talented analogue photographers in one place ☺️
Absolutely!! i'd love to go and see it but a bit farther away now lol
Thank you for another upbeat report -- with the pink kitchen in the background and world's largest Valentines's card on your TV next to you!!! When I get depressed because yet another vintage camera that I have isn't working, or that awesome lens that I scored has 30-years of fungus inside, I will pull up one of your videos because they always cheer me up! Your enthusiasm is precious! (No, I am not related to Gollum!)
aw you could never be related to Gollum haha thanks so much for noticing the set effort haha I thought it would be cool to add a little something!! yep i'll be here whenever you need some goofiness :) 30 years of fungus is a tough one...
Good to hear news again
And good to have you watching again!!
Hey Molly: Thank you so much for all the quality research and for putting this video together.
Everytime I think that I have all the camera gear I want, you show me something, a string of curiosity that I want to pull on to see what unravels. This time it was the 3:1 Sprocket Rocket (seems a lot lighter than loading 35mm film into a medium format camera)AND also the pin hole stuff.
Keep up the great work.
haha Randy I love to fuel your retail therapy :) :) anytime i can help, let me know! yeah the sprocket rocket looks so cool!! and thank you so much!
So excited for Aurora 800~ it might be Lomography 800/kodak 800 (which I love) or something totally new! ❤
absolutely, im looking forward to getting it done and dev'd - the studio argentique images were fabulous!! did you get some yet?
Glad you are covering the analog new. Thanks!
You bet!
Very intesting film news. Very cool. Love your podcast! :) !
Thanks so much!
Thanks for the updates. I'll check out those lenses, potentially for my Yashica D TLR, and that app for tracking metadata. Til now I just use dictation to record my camera settings, then I have to play them back to log them. It's easy but tedious. Cheers from Montreal!
for sure!! that's a cool way to do it though, but yeah if you ever want to check it out it'll be there :)
🙂👍! thanks again!
of course!! :)
Have not shot Street Candy before but I have four rolls (ATM 400) on order from the FPP store -- the sample shots grabbed me with the solid contrast and blacks....
it's beauuuuuuuutiful!!! I had some lab developed years ago and did a portrait shoot on the street with it, was super fun and love that film, have fun!!
love this channel just subscribed 🎉
glad to have you here!!
Good news !
Thanks! Yeah lots of cool stuff in there!
I really want that blue sprocket rocket.
it's a nice color!!
Pin hole heaven ….
Yessssssss!!!!
Have you got an IG where you share your photos?! Would love to follow! 🙂
over at @eclectachrome !! cheers :)
@@Eclectachrome Got you!!
Bay 1 filter, you say? I have an old Rolleiflex New Standard TLR which could use a panoramic lens and maybe a 2x lens. Hmm...
Sounds like it could be a good fit!
@@Eclectachrome I visited their website: those lenses are not expensive. I'll have to see about laying out some Father's Day hints...
oh nice!! hahah start the ground work now :) :) @@michaelsherck5099
Do you know in what dimensions the panoramic images come out of the sprocket rocket? I am just wondering if my regular drug store is able to develop prints in this size. Or if the pictures just get cropped with white spaces in the print.
Just say your talk on Just Another Chris. I also think the Instax mini 90 is the best instant camera. It's just eleven years old and I found rumors from 2023 that there will be a "mini 99" as successor. I just didn't find anything concrete on a new camera, maybe you know more about that? (I just love that the 90 is an analog instant camera and not like the Instax Evo which is a digi cam with a printer only).
That’s a really good question! I’m not sure, I only know that it is a 1 to 3 ratio. Because it’s an odd size, though it may get cropped, but might be good to ask the drugstore and see if they know? But Chris is doing a review on it, so maybe he might know? Oh cool, thanks for watching, yeah it’s such a nice camera, I don’t know anything about a new one yet tho!!
@@Eclectachrome Thanks for your response. I don't own one yet, your video just reminded me about browsing Lomography`s stie and having had that thought about the sprocket rocket back then. You are right, that it would be a question for the drugstore to answer. Thanks for the info about Chris' video, I asked him aswell. When it comes to analog photography content online mostly (and understandably) only scanned negatives are being shown. As a casual shooter those influencers don't help me much, because I cannot assess how good pictures look on print withough all those Lightroom shenanigans LOL
@@lelandfitz1762 yeah most folks scan these days but there are still loads printing!! Would be curious to know the answer when you find it out 😊
@@Eclectachrome will let you know
Pricing does work psychologically but the initial reason for making prices end on .99 was to make sure the cash register gets used by entering a transaction because you need to open the drawer to give change back. Hence combating fraude and theft, especially by a stores own employees 😂
Ohhhhhhhh that’s interesting!!!! lol
Makes total sense though!!
Interesting; I didn't know that. Now on to the mystery of the 9/10 cent at gas pumps.
