Certainly it is possible. You need your find a postdoc job or write a proposal to a foundation such as humboldt or JSPS or Banting with a host professor or researcher. This video will help The two types of postdoctoral research jobs ua-cam.com/video/A_IbH0WE4Fg/v-deo.html
I did a research visit to A*STAR SIMtech (NTU campus) during the final year of my EngD (engineering doctorate) from Cranfield University. The working culture is pretty normal, typical 9-5, and no one stays on after 5:30pm or so. To my surprise, they gave me a job offer as a research scientist on a project they were just about to commission (around materials science). Subject to my completing my EngD They interviewed me and asked about my publication record. I had none, but it didn't seem like a dealbreaker. They actually preferred an EngD rather than a PhD, because they wanted someone whose research background was more industry-orientated. Sadly Covid happened, and it took me an additional 1 year and 6 months to complete my doctorate. So I didn't check if the offer was still available! (unlikely). So I went into industry instead. I later tried to apply for a few postdocs at NTU/NSU and A*STAR, but still no replies. Even contacted my previous supervisor at A*STAR (who actually attended my online defense presentation!). But no replies. I've heard A*STAR, NTU, NUS are super competitive, so that's perhaps why. In terms of publications, some roles specify strong publication records, while others do not. Postdoc positions at NUS/NSU usually require a strong publication record, whereas those at A*STAR often do not.
Thanks for your feedback. It will be useful for others. I guess academic centers have more focus on scientometrics as they are trying to be in the top ranking universities
Sir, i have approached to around 250 professors in all over USA, Canada, Singapore, Israel & South Korea mainly. but only got 2 responses for interview which were ultimately resulted in negative results. i have 3 papers in Web of Science journal and 2 of them are very reputed. My area is synthesis, characterization & application of advanced adsorbents for water treatment. i couldn't understand what should I do now or where is my mistake? can you please share your suggestions if possible? thank you
It can be a difficult process as funds are less and competition is high. Check other less competitive locations and also apply to industry. I will make a video on that soon

can you say about the research work culture in Singapore., and your personal experience. how does it differ from china, japan, India & Europe work culture.
Most work quite hard and research is driven by publications, impact factors etc. They have points for various performance measures and give bonus for performance. Europe and India have more normal work culture. China shares some of these attributes. Japanese work hard but I don’t think they are so much into scientometrics or university rank improvement through it.
@@Adventure_with_Homen well you have to work very hard in Singapore. They have Confucius philosophy of hard work. But they also spend time on sports and other activities. They do rank all researchers and professors through a point system which is used for bonus and promotion. The department chair and administration does that. So there is intense competition
Hello sir, please could you kindly tell me the procedure for PG, like specialisations I’m currently in final year mbbs and I’m planning to apply there for residency, but the thing is I don’t have any idea and criteria on which they accept forign graduates

Sir, could you please name some European countries where the competition is comparatively less for PhD and postdoc admits?
It is typically less in countries of Eastern Europe and also in the CIS countries though some of these regions are in Asia or partly in Asia.

Yes surely there are opportunities in management. In Singapore they work a lot and there is considerable pressure to do research and publish.
What salary do they offer?
About 5000 Singapore dollars per month as a median value
