Very informative video, mate thanks mate. I am actually putting a diesel heater in my caravan as we speak, we like camping in winter as well so the heater will come in real handy. My fuel tank is a 10 litre Jerry can.
10 litres is what my tank is. To be honest the jerry can will most likely be stronger and better than the tanks that come with them. 10 litres will give you a good weeks camping if it’s cold every day. Make sure you get that pump as far away from where you sleep as possible.
Totally agree about the yhermostat, although I thing ours had the sensor in the unit, was picking up higher ambiant heat in cupboard making it too cool in van. Running in manual was perfect, wouldn't be without.
Interesting point. I wonder where the remote picks the temp up from, if it comes from a sensor in the remote itself or from the units air intake?
