Would highly recommend you add a shunt to the system so they know SOC. Even just a cheapy.
Yeah I want to do the same to mine as well. A future addition. We had a fair bit to do that day as we had to fit an Anderson and electric brakes to their Pajero as well and I also had to service my brother in laws car as he followed them down that weekend. It was a big Saturday.
Cheers our van has all Itechworld gear it works well.
I’ve been impressed so far. Hopefully it continues to perform well for these guys. When my Chinese batteries die in the Hybrid I think I’ll be going that way as well.

Use renogy stuff mate. Much much better
50a DC/DC, built in solar reg, can return charge to the car starter battery if the aux battery is full when using solar.
100ah smart lithium battery with pouch cells, all links together with ethernet and Bluetooth.
Interesting. Will look into it for the next project. We already had the Redarc DCDC in the camper so weren’t going to change that anyway. The Itech stuff was handy as we could buy it locally in Perth during the week before they came down south on the weekend too. Not sure if you can even get renogy stuff in Perth? Do you know a place that stocks it?
