- I know I've already done a mods video, but this is an updated one after doing loads of modifications to the Husky in 2018 and so far this year!!
Hopefully this will help you in finding parts and give you some inspiration for your own bike! :)

Hey brother..good to see another vid..bike lookin killer...yeah, the dyi rear fender is the best...if you add some bobbins on rear, bike will slide on them and not on axel sliders if ever falls...MCN goes outta their way to make graphics...i have pcv with map as well on my bike and autotune added a few months ago made it in perfect tune no mater what the weather or altitude..and on uphill mtn races it is needed for sure (sea level to 6000ft)...no better overall fun bike!!! Rippin good fun!
Remove the sas and you will get a cleaner sound when you close the throttle, and less pops.

Viewing a 701 sm hopefully tomorrow to get a feel for the height ect, will be getting it on a restricted a2 license. Your bike look so sexyyy! 😍 first thing I’ll be doing is fitting a wings slip on exhaust since I wont have to remap it because it’ll be on a restricted map
Nice one mate! I'm 6'1 tall and I can touch both toes on the ground or flat foot just 1 foot. You can get lowering kits for them if they're too high 👍👍
Yeah I’m about 5’11 so probably be able to one foot it 😂 I’ve been told I won’t have to bother remapping it or changing the airbox ect because it’ll be on the a2 restricted map will it still feel how the 701 does unrestricted ect

5:25 I sadly crashtested these and they came right off horrible quality in the front i had r&g wich they held pretty well

It's the 2018/2019 seat. Others years should fit too. You can also check out seat concepts if you want a custom one or a comfort option. 👍
Do you have to tune or power commander the bike if you run the tekmo header or can you just run it? Thx!
Yes, to get the full potential from the pipe, it's best to get it tuned otherwise you're kinda wasting your money. Similar to fitting a larger turbo etc on a car but not getting it tuned, without the lag. lol
Where did you buy you sump guard from and also the bar pad..
Where do you recommend buying the parts from for the 701..
Sump guard is from axp racing, and the bar pad is from husqvarna but that specific one is no longer available.
There's no 1 stop shop for all parts unfortunately. Best thing to do is browse Facebook groups and see what you like then go from there. You can get a lot of stuff from tekmostore, sm project and even from your dealer.
@@Twedymoto yes your right their mate.. i are struggling to find good after market parts for my bike.. i would like an acerbis bash plate for it but it's like looking for rocking horse shit..🤣🤣👍
Great bike wonderful video ,congrats ! Stupid question but is that bike street legal ?.reason I ask is see you have a number plate !!!! Ie if you where stopped in a roadblock they would be ( cops ) happy with your bike ?
Yeah it's fully road legal. The exhaust doesn't have an E mark meaning it's legal for the road but all mods are declared on insurance etc. I've been stopped before and they didn't bat an eyelid!

Hi, where do you buy your tecmo parts from?
I got them from tekmostore.com there are the odd few reps in certain countries that might have parts in stock.

Where did you get end can protection ring?
I got it from auspuffshutze.de, it can be bought from the braapshop too. I wouldn't get the fluorescent yellow, it goes piss yellow in the sun! 😂
Can it wheelie with all gears? if not what could i need to modify so i can wheelie with all gears?
I can clutch up in 4th with a good tug on the bars. I know some can do it in 5th and 6th but they're like, wheelie masters level 99.
Changing gearing helps with wheelies?
Yes. 15 front and 45 rear will be great for wheelies and still does over 100mph

Where did you get your bar pad?
From my husky dealer but these pads are no longer available. :( you might be lucky to find one somewhere.
