Louie Watson -If it’s 6 years It IS CONSIDERED COMMON LAW, so in a Court Of LAW she would Legally be given HALF OF EVERYTHING THAT THEY HAVE TOGETHER ! HE is playing stupid, because he KNOWS THAT he is in the wrong. That is the Law, anything over 6 months together you are considered a COMMON LAW RELATIONSHIP, therefore everything is split 50:50.
That’s Why He is trying to down play their relationship!
I can see her point of view, when you have lived with someone for that long you acquire a lot of items, whether you bring your own in or buy things together they are still considered joint property!!
