@@xwb9341 That is for Parmigiano- Reggiano. Other Parmesan cheeses can be made differently. I am very aware of the quality of Italian cheeses. But like I said, you can find alternatives.

I’ve discovered I actually love omelettes after having them served for breakfast staying with my family. Will be on it making them myself when I’m home and so searched some tutorials. This omelette looks the most delicious. I’ll definitely go with frying the peppers,onions and then not scraping the egg once adding it in on low heat

You do know that you can use peppers instead of rennet to make cheeses. I make cream cheese and yogurt that way.
