Michael McCaul, the House Foreign Affairs Committee chair, tells "Face the Nation" that he has a "commitment " that a vote on Ukraine aid will come to the House floor, and his "preference" is that it will be this week. But, ultimately, "that is a speaker determination," referring to House Speaker Mike Johnson.

Bad move! That 600 Billion was to assure that Russia's elderly pension fund didn't go belly up. By threatening to take it away from elderly Russians, for whom have no other source of income in one of the world's most inhospitable climates, only enforces Russian's belief that this is an 'All, or Nothing' war now for their sheer survival, thus ensuring they will continue to fight until the absolute bitter end.
