Putin went to China to ask for more financial support. There was no other reason. We need to remember this when making purchasing decisions. There are many other suppliers ,none of whom try to undermine their customers Economies.

The EU should put training and support soldiers into Western and Northern Ukraine to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine train new units and also free up some units to move to the Eastern frontlines. Then the EU can establish a protective no fly zone airspace above where their soldiers are located.
