When I get a socket stuck on a goobered up bolt head like that, I put one of swivel tip breaker bars on it, fold the handle 90° from how you'd normally use it, so its in line with the bolt that's disrespecting you, then rock it perpendicular to how the breaker bar tip pivots, so it just acts like a solid bar if that makes sense. Keep on truckin'.
