John Byner was hilarious and really great at impersonations. I remember him from as far back as 1970. He was funny whenever he was a guest on the Carol Burnett Show, looking about like he does on this video.
He does spot on impressions of many performers. Except for Mason and Hackett he chose impressions here i never heard before and which were not good ones.
Does anyone have John Byner doing George Jessel? It is so dead on as to be scary. He once did Jessel on the Carson Tonight Show while Jessel was on the couch as the prior guest. Some of the funniest minutes I ever saw in TV.
NOW that is a fact!!! I wonder if you are THE BOB ANDERSON...who I enjoyed watching in Las Vegas for 30years! IF SO.....You are THE GREATEST SINGING IMPRESSIONIST that ever lived....a well known FACT! If you are NOT that BOB ANDERSON....CHECK HIM OUT ON UA-cam!
He is amazing..!
He was great as the Ant and the Aardvark.

NOW THATS ENTERTAINMENT !! 👍👏👍
Just wonderful!
Always a class act!
Man his Jackie mason was spot on! And buddy hacketts facial expressions down pat!
Hells yeah!
I remember John and Super Dave Osborn on the John Byner Show
I was a Bizarre Fan.
great stuff thank you for posting
I think the best voice imitation that he did here was perhaps Buddy Hackett. Jackie Mason and Julio were pretty good also.
You are the best!
Bizarre was the best show ever!
I saw him at the Sands in 1989 on my first Vegas trip. He was a funny and talented man.
Great Sinatra impression.
Nice finish with Red Skelton.
Greatest Zorro ever
Mimi Hines laughing in the audience during the Jerry Lewis bit.
Brian O'Neil wasn’t that Rosanne?
@@judyharris6516No, but it did look like Roseanne!
Anybody know where to find John Byner as Frank Sinatra singing "Thank God I'm a Country Boy"?
6:01-6:18 THE AARDVARK RETURNS
He does spot on impressions of many performers. Except for Mason and Hackett he chose impressions here i never heard before and which were not good ones.
Where's the Robert Stack impression?
Of course, not being spot-on was an essential part of his act- stretching the impression where it didn't want to go.

He did the voices for the ant and the aardvark
Actually John Byner he does an impression of Jackie Mason who did voice work on the The Pink Panther cartoons, most notably the Aardvark.
Date?
Fun fact: He was born with 2 glass eyes.
I am an anteater …
🐜
Aardvark!
I thought it was Dean Martin but I was only a small child then.
He was great. Well, all great ones are dead.
Dream Epiphany Not John Byner, he is still alive
John byner doesn't sound like any of the people he impersonates
and not funny either
That's their fault not his
This would be 1986.
John should stick with the voices he does best. Ed Sullivan, Bing Crosby, George Jessel.

Hey, that was good. Julio, not to mention Red at the end.

That was perfect!!
Impressions weren't that good.
😮🥹😞
Nobody could ever get SINATRA'S tone!
