To mole again you must mulligan
All the scooping on Arena can't be good for the future health of streaming. So anticlimactic to watch the setup, only to see the opponent concede.
I mean it's not like Chris regularly mulligans to 0 and scoops before the game even started, so...
Anyways, it reflects how playing feels on Arena. Rule 104.3a is a very important one, but it does take new meaning in the digital realm where there aren't the logistics of play (resetting the board, shuffling, changing seats, etc.). I only wish Arena allowed you to goldfish when an opponent concedes, I feel this would solve the issue without hurting anyone.
They could have a bot take over the opponents hand I guess and the person just goes on with their day. 🙃
It shows the mentality of the casual player base. People don't want to play out the match to see if there is a possibility of dealing with the opponents deck. They'd rather just move on to the next game. Similar to many of the newer commander players I see.
I dunno, I think it’s entertaining to see an opponent who’s hopes have been crushed to the point of surrender. I do admit I still wanna see the combo go off some.
@@Suzume175 Scooping immediately when your opponent casts Finale of Revelation with X=13 isn't just bad sportsmanship, it's also bad tactics. Just because someone has a big hand doesn't mean they actually have a way of winning.
Picked this game back up and remembered why I stopped playing. 2 land draws until loss or the opposite, 17 straight land draws until loss. Using 60 card deck, 24 lands. So lame 👎
Shuffler is rigged, opponents are either scoopers or salty 200+ cards deck users, and most toxic of them all: the ropers
