I'M SO HAPPY AND HONORED TO BE A PART OF THIS AND HAVE A PART IN WHICH I PLAY A SOLO!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR DOING THIS BRADLEY!! YOU ARE THE MAN foREVer!!
Phenomenal work Bradley and team~! 🤘🤘🤘 All the memories of hours spent shedding in the bedroom learning those songs on guitar came flooding back. What an album and ensemble of creatives, much like yourselves - mad respect! 🙏🙏🙏
Best A7X album EVER and has a unique vibe that walks between Guns/Velvet Revolver, Power Metal, Progressive but with no crazy times, focusing in many vocal parts beyond the chorus. It feels like young band enjoing the best time of his life's. Beyond that, this album has the best metal Music Videos EVER. So nostalgic. Great Cover!
The guy on drums is fucking astounding. The drum bits sound so fucking good. Drum solo in beast and the harlot. Blinded in chains. Fuck dude it sounds so good.
Can we talk about all those little funny visual edits sprinkled throughout the whole video? This whole thing was a joy to watch and listen to front to back, massive props and respects to everyone involved!
The album that got me into metal and the heavier music as a whole, M.I.A is still one of my favourite songs of all time, and you guys played the album amazingly. Thank you!
Our Bassist and singer makes the appearance holding the can of beans at 52:16, glad to be part of A7X and Bradley hall history, its such a great community 🤟🏻
Wait, is it time to headbang now? In all seriousness, I grew up trying to learn and play along to this album. I’m not sure there’s another band out there that’s influenced my journey as a musician more than A7X. Thank you all so much for having me and allowing me to be a part of something so damn special. Every single person involved in this project is a master of their craft and it’s been an honor to work alongside each of you! Until the next one 🔥
So excellent and impressive! The bass solo in Bat Country made me so happy. Sax was a great inclusion to Seize the Day. Awesome shredding. Drummer is insane. Certain vocal points gave me chills. What a fantastic cover record!
Chance hosting a full album playthrough of Ascendency, Bradley hosting a full album playthrough of City of Evil; surely we get The Poison to wrap up the big 3 2005 metalcore albums
man i think this shows how complex, multi layered a7x songs are..every instruments and the vocals can be separated and appreciated...and yet still the songs flow smoothly and sound so good....avenged sevenfold to me is one of the best bands ever...
Man, I think "Trashed and Scattered" might be my favorite A7X song, and you guys utterly destroyed it. The breakdown at the end, all of M. Shadows' vocal lines, Syn's solos, just fucking everything. Incredible. The rest was amazing too, but goddamn, I needed a cigarette after T&S.
Mind blowing, Bradley! While I think The Stage is my favorite overall body of work from A7X there is an undeniable epic-ness to the albums written by Syn, Matt & The Rev. Absolutely wild what those guys were able to accomplish as kids. So many god-tier riffs, vocal lines and drum patterns on this album and you guys killed it here!
Absolutely incredible from everyone involved. Astonishing stuff, vocals were great considering how notoriously difficult Matt's vocals are! However, the editing needs a mention here too. Absolutely brilliant, serious when it needs to be but hilarious as well 🥳
I still consider this to be the last great American Heavy Metal album. It crossed over so much, had videos on MTV in full rotation and average music fans knew of A7X.
what an awesome playthrough. Strength of the world has always been my personal favorite. A7x never cease to amaze me with their musical production, there's just so much going on.
You guys absolutely KILLED THIS!!! You all sounded fantastic and did the original album justice while adding your own little nuances. Jimmy would be proud of this!

Blinded In Chains is an underrated song.
it was actually the song that got me into Ax7. NFS: Most Wanted (2005) had it in its soundtrack
used to be my favorite song in general when i was 18, it played on my graduation as well lmao

The album shaped not only the career of A7x but also inspired thousands of upcoming bands across the world!

Wanted to say that so you did it first, i'll just add: MOST INSANE PART OF THE ENTIRE VIDEO OH MY FKING LORD
The Wicked End. Most underrated song in their entire catalog. Would love to see that live with a full symphony.
REAL. It's a shame it doesn't get the recognition it deserves (just like Desecrate Through Reverence from the previous album)
That bass solo in bat country was SICK. Did not know i needed that in my life.
You guys nailed it! Amazing! Also 20:05 the secret to have a great bass tone.

I personally think the solo in M.I.A is Synyster Gates' best and up there with some of the best.
It's so refreshing to hear it being played so well

Didn’t know what to expect for the strength of the world intro but by God that guitar arrangement was sickeningly good.

45:56 ... *goosebumps*
Insane vocals.
The guitar arrangements of the orchestral parts in The Wicked End and Strength of the World were a highlight for sure.
This is THE album that inspired me to play the guitar. The arrangements and guitar work in this album is such a masterpiece!
The bassist turning into Adam D. from Killswitch Engage meets Johnny Christ during Bat Country was NOT on my 2024 bingo sheet, but I'm all for it.
Much appreciated including me in this epic project Bradley. So much fun to play in the wicked end!
One of my fav songs from the band by far =3
