I'll bet a full dollar it is identical to the dji air 3. I'm not sure about any of the conspiracy but it is an excellent product. Yes, this town was built around the railroads.
I concur it’s an attempt to circumvent any DJI Ban and/or Tariff imposed on their drones. Curious to know if anyone has tried to contact Specta to ask a few questions regarding where the parts come from and if DJI & Specta have what kind of an agreement. Personally, I think Skydio may be pouring heavily into lobbying for this ban. I have nothing but excellent drones and customer service from DJI. Knowing DJI drones are 3-5 years ahead in reliable technology of any other consumer drone manufacturing, it would be disheartening to be left out of any future new DJI drones. I read somewhere there’s an order for a report that’s coming on a teardown of a few DJI drone systems to see if there’s anything like a back door for China and/or any affiliation to the Chinese government that would jeopardize the US national security.
The ONLY difference between this and the Dji Air 3 is there is NO LOCKED GEOFENCING on the Specta Air. Note: You can increase altitude as you approach hills and follow terrain. The FAA rule is 400 feet above ground level, not take off level. You can fly to a 1500 foot radio tower and fly 400 feet above it and within a 400 foot radius of it, 1900 feet above the actual ground.
I'm looking to replace my autel evo 1 , but i still love my evo. Will i be able to put the specta air video straight to UA-cam? I'm used to just screen recording w the evo. I'm not very tech savvy Awesome video man. I'm subscribed
The video format will be the same, and will upload to UA-cam the same. If you mean live streaming to UA-cam, Ive seen it done With the Dji Air 3 (the same drone rebranded to Specta Air), But live streaming your drone footage can be dangerous. You should always review your drone footage before posting it to the public. Streamingb live will have any mistakes or rules accidentally broken out there for the world to see. A few UA-camrs have been contacted by the FAA for their live streams in recent months.

It is doing great! There will be an upcoming firmware update later this month I am told.

SAME drone same company this all started when DJI was going to be ban in the USA so they change the name at the time just in case it went south
I think this is dji drone rebrand by there team because of banned in usa they make new name marketting strategies.
