Joe…there is something very satisfying about receiving recognition from a supplier unsolicited. For me it says a lot about your character and professionalism as a UA-cam presenter. And it speakers volumes about sellers that have been less than honest with you in the past. Please continue to be true to yourself.

Reproduced rebuilt motors and heads that looked brand new no residue left on them like that motor. By the time they had been pressed or washed. Hot Tanked. In and out of the parts washer and sandblasted. They look brand new like that head on top. We produce show Quality Motors for everyone. Nothing left our shop that dirty even if it was going into an old dirty vehicle. When you said it looked beautiful my boss would not let it leave the door like that. Different Strokes for different folks I'm not saying it isn't functional but there's no reason I could have been around the sandblaster over it and made it clean clean.

I went looking on there last night for parts for my project 😃
Best marketing idea someone had there!! I know someone that spent A TON of money recently to have one rebuilt, TWICE! This would have been a better route for sure!! 👍👍

Wow, great move by PSN, pretty cool they hooked you up. Never knew they existed until today and their prices look on par with the rebuild you were about to do but they did all the labor = WIN! Definitely the way to go for a grenaded engine.

Well done PSN for supporting Joe with a replacement engine. Joe you say there was a month between you getting and stripping down the engine to find it's issues and this video, in that month could you not of cleaned all the associated parts that you would be refitting back on the engine? If I were a potential customer/buyer and came to look over one of your rebuilds, yes you have fixed any problems that it may of had, but if you were to clean the rest of the bike/quad/UTV it would show me that you have pride in your work making sure that everything else is clean and would make me more reassured that the vehicle was in tip top condition.
Great content Joe, keep these projects coming.

This rig turned out to be a great score, and PSN, the engine remanufacturer, did an excellent job on this long block assembly. They deserve huge kudos for helping you out in a pinch, Joe! Great video, thanks man! Also great to see Jade in the video too!

You should have Power Sports Nation send you a banner or sign to hang in your shop to give them some advertising for the free engine. I myself would absolutely get a rebuild from them if mine goes in my quad!!!!!
Well done by both of you.

I am a auto mechanic from way back. Any new engine should be rotated over with just the starter without the plugs to circulate oil and build oil pressure before first run.
