Samsung Galaxy S21 FE after a year: Still a STANDOUT this 2024??

Over a year ago, I bought, tested & reviewed the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE and make it my daily driver since then. But it's 2024 now and it's successors, the S23 FE & the powerful (kinda) S24 series has been available in the market, can the S21 FE standout to the crowd where the 2 phones can edge it out? how long does software support last ?

This phone has 4 Android upgrades and 5 years security patches. So it started at Android 12, it will have until Android 16.

Does it get heat with continuous use?

It will heat up if you use it straight. But, it will depend on how severe you use it
- IF it's casual use BUT you're on data with above 50% brightness, it will warm after 30-45 minutes.
- IF it's moderate use like watching videos or streaming either on wifi or data, regardless of brightness or you're recording 1080p video, it will go warm more or less than 25 minutes.
- IF it's heavy usage like playing games regardless of connection & brightness or you're recording 4K resolution, it will DEFINITELY warm up fast. More or less than 15 minutes.
