This is a video about Tenouchi, the most frequently asked question.
It is said that it takes ten years to make a Tenouchi of Kyudo.

Tenouchi really is the hardest, everytime i think i got it there is still more work to do... 5th year of kyudo and i'm still a beginer :(

I have three fingers on my left hand, so it is difficult for me to form what might be called a proper tenouchi, but using this video I'm doing my best to practice my technique to adapt it.
