I cant believe our government is so unprepared 😢. We're getting hammered again with rain. They've been saying it before the rain. More than last year and more than the year before. Its going to be very heavy rain for a few years before we hit years of less rain. Now the rainy season is on us in Cali and the government is still not prepared. Its a one way street with them. We pay them taxes , etc but when it comes time to protect us they're not there!
