- Sesame Noodles
Ingredients
Sauce
* 3 tbsp sesame paste
* 3 tbsp peanut butter
* 1 tbsp soy sauce
* 1 tbsp black vinegar
* 1 tbsp sesame oil
* 1 tbsp sugar
* 1 tsp grated garlic
* 1 tsp grated ginger
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/4 tsp msg
* 2 tbsp chili oil(less if you don’t like spicy)
* 1/2 cup hot pasta water
Assembly
* 2 bundles fresh flour noodles
* Sauce
* Cucumber(Julienned)
* Green onion
* Crushed peanuts
* Chili Oil
Instructions
1. Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
2. Boil fresh noodles for 3 minutes making sure to save some of the hot water for the sauce so it is nice and smooth. If you like this dish cold, rinse the noodles under ice cold water.
3. Combine the noodles with the sauce until fully incorporated. If the noodles seem too thick, add a little more of the hot water from boiling the noodles.
4. Garnish with cucumber, green onion, crushed peanuts, and chili oil.
Dude this is more like 15 minutes! So awesome!! Imma definitely have to make this for myself because it actually looks easy to make!!
If someone else would've made this dish, they would say it takes less than five minutes, but u included this in a 30 min meal. For me, it'll take probably 10 mins to make this. I'm definitely gonna try.
He said, "less than 30 mins". Ten minutes is less than 30
😂
It's 30 minutes if you include prepping - cutting cucumbers, spring onions, ginger, garlic, crushing peanuts, and washing the ingredients plus utensils
he literally said it “takes less than 30 minutes to make” are you hard of hearing ???
Dude everything you make looks sooooo damn good. Quickly becoming my fav recipe youtuber.
1) Glad you are doing single servings
2) I need to get over the fact I need to shop for a lot of ingredients. But then I will have them for next time so...
This looks wonderful!
How do you not have way more subscribers?
I’m so happy I found your channel 🥰
Just perfect....
Looks soooo good!!!
That’s looks amazing ❤
LOVE THESE VIDEOS!!!
Would be great if you could specify which type of noodles. "Fresh noodles" is not really a thing.
You can use ramen noodles, egg and even plain white noodles. They all work.
I love listening to Pastor Jack 🙏🏻
MSG-the king of flavor
Said a very wise man…
100 percent agree
Uncle Roger

Looks sooooo good bro.
Damn looks great. Gonna try this
Let me know how you like it!
Goated with the sauce
Looks great! Looks like it’s close to a DanDan Noodle..Thank you
There is no link between MSG and cancer. I encourage everyone to do their own research.
Damn that looks tasty.
I used to eat these cold in Taiwan and they were still delicious lol
funny, I made something quite similar when this short came up. It made me add sesame oil to my peanut sauce and this is awesome. Didn't have Tahini tho.
Delish!
Bro youre goated and seem like a cool guy. Cheers
This looks soo good🥲
which noodles did you use, can you link it please
What kind of noodle you used? It looks good
YUM!!!!

Bro I wish I could cook like this
You can, just get the ingredients and follow the recipe.
Beautiful
Mmmmmm
Does the sauce keep well in the fridge? I’d love to make a jar of it and then just use it when I need it!
This is great. It's silly fast. Thanks!
Wow! How can you make a sesame paste?
Buy Tahini, its basically the same thing
Toasted sesame seeds and sesame oil in a food processor
i buy them in jars in asian grocery stores
Can i substitute.miso paste for sesame pasta?
@@BalrajSingh-gg3qm I wouldn’t. Do you have an aversion to sesame?
You triggered me to cook at 3am ❤
Can you please make their Noodles with Spicy Sauce?
Thank you in advance!
(Second time I'm asking)
Looks yummy. Unfortunately im allergic to any sesame products😁😁
replace them with any tipe of nuts or seeds that u r not allergic to!
Well, how about "Peanut Sauce Noodles"?
🙂👍
I had this once and could never find what it was called so im going to have yo save this
The fastest noodles I ever made ..n I was surprised like that’s all
*takes notes*
Looks so good. I wish my boy wasn’t allergic to all of that… I love him, but I miss sesame and peanut oil…
Keep this up broski
Add a fried egg on top and *chefs kiss*
by sesame paste do you mean like, tahini? otherwise where do i find this?
Does anyone know the proportions for the sauce?
What’s the best type of noodles to use for this dish ?
I can't consume sesame unless i want to end up in hospital but that looks tasty
Add a nice juicy steak on top and u got the protein as well. Nice dish man
There's already a lot of protein in peanut butter, honestly.
I don’t think steak would be very good in sesame noodles
Maybe some prawns instead.
Could we get an ingredient list
In the description. 😉
This looks soooo good 🤤!!! Quick question though for people with peanut allergies can they use something else besides peanut butter?
MSG!!
Not authentic w/o MSG! I tend to ignore channels that try to skip it.
This is such a weird comment from someone with "scientific" in their user name. There is no actual data that glutamate, which is also found naturally in some foods, is harmful.
@@tfrtrouble bro doesn't get the joke. life is fun bro
Can I replace the sesame past for row tahini?
I've tried it and it's not nearly as good. It doesn't have the same deep roasted sesame flavor.
Sometimes you can find tahini made with roasted sesame seeds, that would be closer
is there a exactly recipe for it?
Yeah fuck yeah
Is it possible to make to seasame paste?
who knew peanut butter and soy sauce could go together
What Chilli oil do you use?
I like this but with furu thrown in for that extra funk
Any substitute for sesame paste?
Sesame paste? Do you mean Tahiti?
I'm really not sure to where get all the ingredients...
I really want an asia shop in my town for such dishes. D:
Is it possible to make this peanut free? Or is the peanut butter necessary?
This was exactly my question
absolutely!
You probably could try almond butter or sunbutter, or any nut/seed butter that you can eat. The taste will not be the same, but should still work. Just make enough for one serving, and prior to mixing the noodles in try it to see if you like it.
@@marlies7444 thanks!
I think Din Tai Fung in the US is overrated and expensive for what it is 🤷🏽♂️
What is the first brown paste ingredient ?
Sesame paste made from cooked sesame seeds. It''s the main thing!
Sad thing is that in my country meal might be 30 minutes, but getting the ingredients is gonna take at least a week.
Thai Carbonara
And a slice of bread to wipe up the rest of the sauce 😊
Does this guy have any really super spicy noodle ?, i'm craving now and samyang noodle just can't cut it anymore. I crave more spicyness
I don’t have any of that stuff haha
In my place, we don't have seasame paste.
Could you include a calorie count , please?
How to add more protien to this?
Is sesame paste the same as chu hou sauce?
Is this one or two servings?
My Bad I forgot, when I hit my Chinese Market I will snag some Black Vinegar! Just grabbed the high-grade shaoxing wine yesterday but forgot.
What is MSG ? Also what is the alternative for black vinegar ? Here we have grape 🍇 vinegar kinda black or balsamic vinegar
MSG creates a basic taste sensation called "Umami", and also intensifies some tastes. It's usually used in savory foods. It has been on the market for more than 100 years!
Balsamic would not be a good substitute since black vinegar is not at all sweet. If you don't have it, use normal white vinegar. It won't have exactly the same flavor but will be quite similar.
is using tahini fine?
Sure! Just need to thin it down a little!
No! It works in a similar way and people make dressings out of it, but it's raw and tastes raw, it's a very different flavor. If Tahini is all you can find, I think it could be carefully fried a little until it turns brown, but never have done it.
Is noodles all u cook?
Hey. How about telling us the correct measurements of the spices.
