    Came out real good still maybe alittle softer on top just a touch . Any ideas how to score it like the shop bread. Thanks

    I tries this recipe but I substituted for whole wheat and 1/2 cup of almond flour and it didnt come out as nice. I guess this recipe works better with all purpose white flour. Do you have a recipe where I can incorporate almond flour?

    That dough needed to rise more. I have done it in a size pan like that and my bread rises. It filled up the tin.

    Bread is too dry that's why it is cracked on the top. Like the effort but it was not done properly. The dough also needed to rise longer so the gluten could rest properly. Jamaican hardough bread is very soft, not crunchy.

      No, they are hard, that is why it is hardo.

      @@vermary Hardo Bread is not dry nor hard. It is really a sourdough bread that is proofed longer and baked with a thicker top crust. Nor does it need the pan to be lined. Bread comes out of a greased tin easily.
