I think I have about twenty of your videos saved in a list for my trip later this year. No way I will get to everywhere, but I will get to as many as possible!
Thanks for giving insight on these restaurants. It really does help. I visited a few places on my trip because of your recommendations. Thanks so much.
Samurai Junjiro san, Can you make a video as to how can tourist spend their money wisely on ATM machines? Which company charge the least fees? Do you advise us to buy Yen before arriving in Japan? How to get our first cash? Have you use WISE?
Sushi-tsune was very good. The sushi is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. I ordered Otoro, Uni, Chutoro and other items and was expecting the bill to be over $100 but it was just under $40 for around 15 plates. I had already tried Sushiro and Kura at that point so I wanted something different. Since they don’t use the belt, every order is freshly made by the chef. If you sit at the counter, he will actually hand the plate to you. It’s kind of like affordable omakase. 😂
Have you ever been to Sushi-tsune? We think that place is really great too! While Sushiro and Kura Sushi are delicious, it's nice to be able to share that there are other tasty sushi restaurants as well :)
@@samurai_junjiro yes, I was in Tokyo last month. I ate there three times because it was so good. I miss it already. There was a teppenyaki restaurant next door that was very popular. It had a very long line every time I went. I don’t know if you’ve reviewed it yet but perhaps you can check it out. I didn’t want to wait in that line so I never tried it. Maybe next time…
I am visiting Japan now and in Tokyo for some of my visit.... I will definitely visit these restaurants on your recommendation... Thank you for sharing.
Thanks ,Akanemaru san, Your voice is very sweet. And i love how caring you soynded when you narrate. Its like you really really wants your viewers to have a good time in Japan. God bless you.
Thank you for your always delightful comments. Your feedback is truly heartwarming and encourages me. I sincerely appreciate your ongoing support for this channel!
Great video and helpful for first timers! I remember my first time at Kura sushi in Osaka and I didn’t know how to use the touch screen when we first walked in to request a table!!
I guess some places stopped putting the sushi on the conveyor belt because of the somewhat recent event at Sushiro earlier this year. They are probably trying to ease everyone's concerns about anyone touching the sushi while on the conveyor belt. If that's the reason, then I applaud them for doing so. Do you remember when some foreign visitors would think it was a bit of 'Western'-style fun to put their digital cameras on the conveyor belt and record the guests who were dining in their booths? Argh! That made me so angry. 回転寿司 is such a delightful experience, family friendly, and fun. Thank you for a wonderful guide to these lovely places.
A wonderful set of recommendations. I am especially looking forward to trying your recommendations at Miura Misakiko Megumi & Kanazawa Maimon Sushi. What elegant dishes! I would love to hear your recommendations of restaurants in Kita Senju (Cross Roads of Northern Tokyo). There are many interesting and delicious restaurants in this neglected Tokyo location. I am traveling to Tokyo in about a week (to attend the January Grand Sumo Tournament). Ryogoku is another location with great restaurants. I really enjoy your videos.
Thank you for your great guide, we will be in Shibuya in a few weeks! Some of those sushi portions look big, like Treasures of the Sea, are you supposed to fit it all in your mouth in one?
THANK YOU! This video is so complete with details, etc., telling viewers how to get to the place. The miso soup at the 2nd place (PACO center) is amazing!
Fantastic vid guys as my FAV is sushi or kaisendon!!!!!🍣👌🏻 P.s your English is very good too!!! Also you guys should do a vid in your top 5 kaisendons if u feel u have your favs!!! ✌🏻
How about trying yakiniku at Gyu-Kaku? As for Japanese snacks, we've introduced some of them in a video at Don Quijote, so check it out :) ua-cam.com/video/uslWjtuvwus/v-deo.html
Any recommendations sushi restaurant in Kyoto and Kyushu? I am planning a trip to Kyushu, Kyoto and Tokyo next May. I would like to have some recommendation from you to see which restaurants are good for sushi.
Tokyo station ramen street is quite known. So if you can do other places and recommend the best of these noodles in other parts of Tokyo, it would be great.
At most conveyor belt sushi restaurants, they don’t usually serve only sashimi, so if you want just sashimi, it might be better to buy it at a supermarket😅
It seems that Suica and PASMO can't be used at Sushiro and Kura Sushi. Most likely, they won't be accepted at other restaurants either, so you will need to pay with cash...
Thanks for sharing. I love sushi. Could you please introduce sushi without raw fish menu in the next video for my family. and BTW you put too much shoyu in your sushi, it looks very soggy hahaha. I prefer just 3-4 drops of shoyu.
Hi is Junjiro's voice from a child, female or male? I think its the guys voice but my siblings think its a female doing his voice. Please can you confirm
I feel like you must be able to read minds because I always find your new uploads to be so relevant. 🤩 I recently decided to go to kaitenzushi in Shibuya instead of my original plan to visit Nemuro Hanamaru so this video has given me lots of good options. I don't want to queue up too long so my top picks would be Kaiten-sushi Misaki and Uobei. I can't wait to try chawanmushi and all the different types of sushi! Chinese people also have a steamed egg dish but it's usually just flavoured with soy sauce you pour over the top after the egg has finished steaming. It's one of my favourite childhood dishes but sadly I haven't mastered how to cook it yet. 🥲
Sushi is definitely one of the must-try foods for tourists coming from overseas to Japan. If you're coming to Japan, we wanted you to have it at a delicious place, so we chose a few restaurants :) We haven't been to Nemuro Hanamaru yet, but we often see it on TV. It seems to be delicious! Personally, I think Maimon Sushi was great!

I love how intentional you both are about the food. Great explanations, and great shots of the food. DELICIOUS.
Thank you!! To make this video, we went to seven conveyor belt sushi restaurants in one day. It was so hard, but we're glad you enjoyed it :)

And also video where we can buy used goods in Tokyo . Thank you.
Uobei my favorite 😊😊

Thank you for sharing conveyor bell sushi! When time allows, please kindly share video from Haneda Airport Terminal 3 to Tokyo station or Ueno. Thanks

foreigner likes KURA but most of theJapanese people likes SUSHIRO. its the best!! NO1 is always SUSHIRO(スシロー) NO2 is misaki (みさき)
That's true! I used to like Sushiro, but recently Kura Sushi has gotten really good, so I go there a lot now!
I'm going to eat so much sushi.
Great!!
please do Kabuki Food Hall in Kabuchiko Tower
OK!

oh when will the sushi rotate properly once again
